Overall is was fine. The room was exactly what I was expecting.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable and very quiet.

Cons:

When booking I had thought I was booking the Knox that was closer to Paddington Station so was disappointed when we had to take a taxi with our bags rather than walk. I was not comfortable walking with my daughter at night in the neighbourhood.
When we checked in the man had a baseball cap on and looked disheveled. All other employees we encounter were much more professional which made us feel better.

Excellent
Pros:

The location is prefect for getting round London. Don’t be put off by the outside because the inside is lovely! Every staff member was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The little kitchen was great but there was no cutlery for people who might want to eat in.

camera bella e comoda, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Zona non bellissima ma vicinissimo alla metro e al centro città, fermata autobus letteralmente fuori dall'hotel.

non ci è stata rifatta la camera nonostante fosse esposto il segale apposito

Confortable y tranquila
Pros:

Buena ubicación, Buena limpieza. Precio asequible. Todo bien aprovechado respecto al espacio pese a ser algo pequeño, con una cocina empotrada, baño en muy buenas condiciones, bien aclimatado, gran pantalla tv, hay conexiones usb para cargar equipos, cama grande y confortable. Horario amplio de atención, puedes dejar la maletas en recepción antes de entrar en la habitación si llegas pronto y dejarlas hasta la hora de partida. La visión del exterior, respecto al interior es muy diferente.

Cons:

Es algo pequeño, pero confortable. No es un problema excesivo, pero no dispones de mucho espacio y lo que hace de posible mesita es pequeña. No hay enchufes europeos.
