Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, creates a very warm environment and staff are helpful, quick and welcoming. The room was very spacious, excellent shower and towels, very comfortable pillows and bedsheets.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have slippers in the bedroom, and some basic toiletries readily available (toothbrush etc).

We enjoyed our stay and we will revisit The Other House again very soon.
Pros:

Loved having the self catering possibilities in the flats. Friendly and helpful staff. Gym and pool on site are good. Loved quirky decor and colour schemes.

Cons:

Would prefer a larger bed. Didn’t like that the restaurant closed at 6pm and then only limited choice for food in the bar area. Also menu in the main restaurant would benefit from more choices being made available.

Loved the rooms very comfortable. On the small side but that is to be expected in London. The staff were super helpful.
