A great location and great value for money. Really comfortable flat.

Coffee pod machine appeared to be faulty/broken prior to our arrival. Tea coffee facilities limited for 5 guests.

Teleurstellend en absoluut geen 4 sterren waard.

Locatie was prima en centraal.

Cons:

We hadden een kamer voor 6 personen geboekt waarin was aangegeven dat we verschillende 'kamers' hadden (een soort appartement). De realiteit was dat het geen kamers waren maar verschillende bedden achter een gordijntje. Geen enkele vorm van privacy dus. Daarnaast waren de twee persoonsbedden geen twee persoonsbedden maar een matras van circa 1.30m1 breed. Hier kan je onmogelijk op slapen met twee volwassen personen. Daarnaast waren de slaapplekken achter de gordijntjes onder het trottoir gelegen waardoor je elke naaldhak of rolkoffer op straat hoorde.

Very comfortable hotel with good facilities in a very convenient location 5 minutes walk from Gloucester road tube
Pros:

The rooms are well equipped, have AC, and comfortable bed. Kitchen ward provided so can have simple things in the room if preferred

A quirky apartment with great facilities in a fabulous location.
Pros:

The location was fabulous.. The hotel was very stylishly decorated.

Cons:

We were staying in the converted vault. The lack of natural light did detract from the enjoyment of what was a cleverly designed apartment but we were aware of this when we booked. One negative was a damp smell which the dehumidifier and plug in air freshener provided did not quite mask. This would be a fun apartment for a family with kids to stay in.
