Un séjour parfait !
Pros:

C’est très calme, chic et cosy ! Les services sont très bien. Il y a toujours du personnel si besoin.

A beautiful hotel in a convenient location.
Pros:

Convenient location near subway, restaurants and museums. Competent and helpful staff, especially Karin . Exercise facilities were provided; excellent!

A disappointing experience I wouldn’t repeat.

The location and the service were good

Cons:

The flat was extremely small, more like a tiny room. The furniture needs renovation, and the bed is very small. The heavy use of black makes the space feel gloomy. The window doesn’t open, and the kitchen is impractical. It shouldn’t really be described as an apartment, but rather a very small room.

Lovely room and excellent location
Pros:

Lovely room, great location 5 min walk from tube station, lots of food outlets nearby. Staff were really friendly.

Cons:

The apartment had a combination microwave and cooker, it was impossible to work and there were no instructions, no phone in room so it was difficult to get a staff to help, I had to godown to reception to speak to someone, they sent a lovely guy who set cooker for us.

Lovely hotel but needs happier staff!
Pros:

Clean. Had a kitchenette. Spacious.

Cons:

Rude staff for breakfast. Someone staying at the hotel was taking photos in the pool.. me and my son got out after 5 minutes. Then didn’t feel comfortable going back in.

The location was absolutely amazing and the vibe of the whole place was fantastic.

Cons:

As much as we really like the room, our bed was really uncomfortable. When you’re paying good money for somewhere to stay that’s the least of your expectations. Other than that, the room was great

Great alternative to apartment rental for my husband, 18 year old son, and myself.
Pros:

This was the perfect accommodation for us. Had been thinking of an apartment rental, but wanted the security of a hotel property. We were able to use the gym facilities to freshen up upon early arrival before room was ready. The pool looked very relaxing and I wish we had brought swimsuits and had more time to use it! The room was the perfect space for us, with two bedroom areas and a living area with very well equipped kitchenette. We bought breakfast items for the week, which was a huge savings on our budget, meaning only lunches and dinners out.

Cons:

The bathroom was very tiny, and the shower door bumped into the toilet, making it quite cramped to get through the door into the shower. Other than that, all the bath amenities were good.
One minor complaint about the kitchen supplies was that there were no water glasses. Surprisingly there were wine glasses and champagne flutes, but regular water glasses would have been useful.
We did have one night that we would have wanted to get room service from the restaurant for dinner, but unfortunately they are only open until 6pm, so that wasn’t an option.

Wir mussten einmal umziehen - was aber sehr gut geklappt hat - danach hatten wir ein perfektes Zimmer ! Vielen Dank für die schnelle Unterstützung der Mitarbeiterin 💜
