Pros:

The property is accessible to all the restaurants and stores! it’s also near my house, that’s why I rented the condo here. There’s a seven eleven across the street, grocery stores. The security guards are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

WiFi is vey weak! there’s some small cockroaches everywhere, cabinet drawer is broken, bedsheets are not presentable, no blankets and the Condo unit is too small, AC in the bedroom only and it can be too hot in the living room, they should put a ceiling fan or at least an electric fan.
