The room was super comfy and I’m not one to complain usually but the staff and how it works there is awful. Read what I didn’t like about the property’s section and hopefully you will not book this place
For starters the booking added 1000 baht extra on at checkout for a cleaning fee which we didn’t realise until it got taken out of our banks. We didn’t mind paying the cleaning fee but it only meant our room got cleaned before we came and then it’s done after we leave for the next guests ( not daily ).
When we arrived at the property we was so excited to use the roof top pool only to find out it was so green & dirty and the staff said we can not use it as it isn’t clean enough to use which was absolutely gutting.
I then asked the company when I can use the roof top pool as that’s why we’ve also paid for this stay and he said ‘you don’t like it you leave ‘ which was so so rude we could not believe it!
The worse part was we checked out this morning, we went to leave and then they stopped us and said the bed sheets have some dirt on it and the towels so we have to pay 500 baht per item which totalled to 2000 baht to them. I said many times that’s what the cleaning fee was for and they would not let us leave. Refusing my passport ( which luckily I had already and they didn’t realise ). Saying I was not allowed my passport back. I kept explaining that we have stayed for 4 nights the bed sheets aren’t going to be the cleanest realistically and the 1000 baht cleaning fee is for all the sheets and everything to be done anyway. They was so rude trying to get so much money out of us. We had to grab our bags and just walk out and they have made some calls which has left us feeling very uncomfortable, we checked the policy and they are completely in the wrong.
Oh and just to top it up, when you leave they make you pay for your electricity that you have used…
Please avoid this place! If I didn’t have my passport on me I wouldn’t have got it back!
Nice condo, good view long pool and gym
Chairs on balcony were old and worn. Muay thai gym below the room start at 7 am and is very noisy.

a strange area- unless you have a bike, be prepared to take taxis
everywhere. and walking to the closest main street feels
slightly dangerous
