Es war sehr schön.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sensationell. Die Merangardenvillas befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Schloss Trauttmansdorff. Auch Meran 2000 ist sehr schnell erreichbar. Die Villas verfügen alle über einen direkten Zugang von der Tiefgarage zur Villa.

Cons:

Vorab bitte klären, ob in der gewünschten Villa Hunde willkommen sind oder nicht. War bei uns nicht klar ersichtlich.
Der Garten einer Villa hat Öffnungen zum rechten, sowie linken Garten und die Hunde können sich nur angeleint in dieser Villa im Garten aufhalten, da sie sonst nach rechts oder links abhauen können. Ansonsten war es sehr angenehm mit den Hunden.

Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir können MeranGardenVilla sehr empfehlen. Ruhig gelegen und dennoch schnell in der City oder in den Bergen drinnen. Tolles Anwesen!

Great disapointment for lacking announced A/C
Pros:

Nice property, maintained with love by the owners.
Booked a 70sqm apartment for a party of 3. Would normally be good space for 3. Unfortunately the 2nd bedroom is a folding sofa bed kicked into hall wall. Once unfolded, impossible for the occupants from the main BR to get into living/kitchen area without crawling over the bed.

Cons:

Purposely booked a facility with A/C, which according to the listing is included. We anticipated great heat in August ang wanted to be sure to be able to feel at ease coming back from hikes in the mountains.
The announced A/C turned out to be a floor heating that could be inversed into cooling in the summer. Well that didn’t do the trick….at all. Granted we hit a very warm period, but having lived in NYC for a long time, adequate cooling permits to cool an apartment under any sweaty summer weather. This completely ruined our vacation, my wife and daughter couldn’t bare, sleep. We left after 4 nights, when we were scheduled for 10.

Saying that this facility has A/C is a complete misrepresentation.

I made my point to the owner, looking for at least some compensation for the some 4’000€ paid. No response.

Pros:

Everything was exceptional! Beautiful property with a wonderful view of the mountains. Great outdoor space as well. Gabi was the loveliest and most welcoming host as well. We would definitely come back again.
