Tranquillità, pulizia

Cons:

Mancanza posate, doccia rotta (legato sali scendi con uno spago), cavi corti tv per portare mobiletto per visione dal letto, letto attaccato al muro con difficoltà a salire e scendere, troppi gradini , barriere

Gutes B&B mit tollem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Ein gutes, einfaches B&B. Den Zimmerschlüssel gibt es im Restaurant am See. Das ich sehr empfehlen kann. 10% Rabatt für B&B- Gäste. Nice!

Cons:

Das 2. Bett ist weder bequem noch sieht es sauber aus. Notlösung.

The apartments are in a beautiful location, right by the lake. There is also a good restaurant nearby.
The rooms are well equipped and comfortable.
I only gave one point less for cleanliness, but otherwise everything was great.

Pros:

Camera piuttosto silenziosa e dotata dei confort necessari. Bella la zona dei laghi. Qualità prezzo molto valida. Camera trovata pulita.

Cons:

Il letto era una piazza e mezzo e da un lato era appoggiato al muro. Ma lo avevamo visto dalle foto.

Pros:

Uns wurde per Mail mitgeteilt, dass wir das Check in beim Restaurant La Limonaia vornehmen müssen.
Als wir ankamen, war das Restaurant geschlossen. Wir versuchten die Vermieter per Mail und Telefon (3x) zu erreichen. Leider ohne Erfolg. Wir entschieden uns weiterzufahren und teilten dies ebenfalls per Mail mit. Dann kam urplötzlich die Mitteilung mit Code und weiteren Angaben zur Wohnung. Wir hatten keine Lust mehr umzukehren, da wir schon weit weg waren. Die Wohnung mussten wir dennoch bezahlen!!!

Una estancia corta pero espectacular.
Pros:

Ubicación perfecta para movernos hacia el Lago di Como, Milano etc.....Lugar muy tranquilo con un buen restaurante al lado "La Limonaia" con el Lago di Pusiano en frente, muy muy bien,grazie mille.

Lage = sehr gut!
Anwesen, Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer = gut!

Wir hatten 2 Ferienwohnungen für 4 Nächte gemietet.

EXTREM ekelig schmutzig!
Personal beim Check In im "La Limonia" unfreundlich, die Restaurantgäste werden freundlich bedient.
Putzfrau auch unfreundlich.

Perfetto ma servono migliorie
Pros:

Posizione perfetta per chi come me ha soggiorno per un weekend di lavoro.
La stanza ha tutto quello serve con piccolo piano cottura, micronde e frigo.

Cons:

Consiglio di sistemare tutta la rubinetteria. Esce copia acqua soprattutto nel bidet o schizza come nel lavandino della cucina.
Consiglio di portare tappi per la notte perché l’insonorizzazione è davvero scarsa.

Pros:

Struttura in zona comoda da raggiungere da Erba ed è molto vicino al lago

Cons:

Purtroppo devo fare una critica per la pulizia. Nella doccia c’erano delle formichine morte ma quello va beh, può magari accadere…il problema è stato che mentre mi lavavo e l’acqua toccava le lastre della doccia uscivano dalle guarnizioni diverse piccole parti nere che son sincera ho preferito non capire se fossero pezzi della doccia o insetti incastrati dentro…peccato perché poi la struttura è carina e la posizione pure. Da rivedere appunto la pulizia che è essenziale in una struttura
