Alloggio totalmente rinnovato e confortevole; inoltre la distanza dalla spiaggia è veramente minima. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile.

In generale struttura architettonicamente interessante, tuttavia risalente agli anni '70 e mai aggiornata. Lo stesso dicasi per l'arredamento interno. Bella terrazza coperta fronte mare.

Cons:

bagno e doccia con rubinetteria vintage inadeguata a svolgere un servizio ottimale, box doccia angusto. In gennerale manutenzione carente. Aria condizionata : unico splitter in bilocale che, essendo installato nel locale soggiorno, non consente ac in camera da letto.

Struttura vecchia e decadente, mobilio rotto consumato da anni sporco, materassi osceni. Trovati vetri in giardino.trovati escrementi di topo nel secondo cassetto dell’armadio che si sgretola da quanto è vecchio e logoro. Staff non professionale, scarsa comunicazione di e-mail mandate in precedenza. Fatto pagare 60 euro di tassa di pulizia finale… quando sono arrivata l’appartamento era sporchissimo lo hanno fatto ripulire ma faceva schifo ugualmente. Personale incompetente e non dotato di attrezzatura consona per la pulizia. Frigorifero inesistente ho quasi sempre buttato le cose che compravo.(Tutto fatto alla carlona)
Non vale tutti i soldi che chiedono le tre stelle che ha le vede da lontano.
Sconsiglio vivamente.

Pros:

Ottima posizione per raggiungere le mete più interessanti che l'Argentario può offrire. Struttura molto tranquilla nella pineta. Ottimo ristorante con prezzi onesti. Il nostro bilocale aveva la mobilia e materiale della cucina nuovissimi
