مكانه جدا ممتاز قريب من القطار والمطار والسعر رائع والنظافه ممتازه

المكان موقعه فنان ، قريب من القطار والمطار و افنيو بارك كلها ٦ د مشي وانت بالمول وحولك مقاهي و مطاعم وسوبرماركت الكيف بجدار العماره . والقيمة ممتازه ع المكان والسكن .

مافيه استقبال وطولت انتظر الموظف ويجي عامل يكلمني ويعطيني رقم اكلم شخص مصري ثم يقول عطيني العامل بعدين اجلس ٣٠ ساعه انتظار غير الساعه اللي قبل انتظرها عشان احصل موظف واحد يستقيلني ومرمطه ولما قلت الحساب شبكه راح لمكان خارج اللي انا فيه وراح يجيبها من مكان ثاني مدري قريب منهم وحسيت فيه تلاعب من العماله والمصري اللي كلمني بالجوال كانه ياجر من كيفه كفيله ماهو عارف . وريحة الدخاااان تكتم .

القيمة عالية و الخدمات غير متوفرة

Cons:

الشقق ليست مكتملة مثل غسالة الملابس و الكواية
وكذلك الإنترنت لا يصل للشقة وكذلك الاستقبال غير متعاونين
يعني تطلب طلب يقول لك ابشر ولا عاد تشوفه بس ينتظرون إقامتك تخلص ولا انصح بها ابداً

Not professional,Not safe !! Never try

The property is clean

Cons:

The staff is not professional at all ,no one is available at the lobby most of the time .I confirmed my arrival time with two employees ,then when I arrived they told me check in is at 4 pm although I confirmed with two employees the day before..after few hours of my arrivals I went out of my room and the worker asked me are you going to check out I said no.I came back my room is closed and the card with me not working I asked the manager how this could happen he told me you checked out !!!! How and I still have the room card!!! I told him open my room for me,He told it might have someone inside then he open !! Any way not a safe place to stay, not professional ,never try.
Moreover,The lobby in my arrival was totally empty from any employees for about 45 minutes and I called the property and 3 persons that have contacted me no answer so it is not a safe place at all.
