Pros:

위치와 풍경이 매우 좋아 휴식에 적합하고, 애완동물의 출입이 허용되고 융통성이 좋습니다.

Cons:

시설이 노후화 되었어요. 둘째날부터 가스가 나오지 않아 요리와 온수로 샤워를 할 수 없었어요.

Cons:

Desde que llegamos no había Internet y solo nos dio largas la encargada y hasta que nos fuimos no hubo ese servicio, muy mal. Las camas que no estan dentro de la recámara no cuentan con aire acondicionado y hay mucho, mucho ruido ya que no cuentan con ventanas y más aún estaban en remodelacion y se oía todo. No hay mantenimiento en el departamento ya que hace un año nos alojamientos y estaban las mismas manchas en las paredes. Se ve que no limpian a profundidad los muebles y en general el departamento. La TV nunca funcionó porque no había Internet.
Ojalá que tomen en cuenta los comentarios ya que si solucionan esto, sería magnífico, y más si los que ya hemos reservado más de una vez lo volvamos a hacer.

Disappointed 🙁 Very dirty place to stay.
Pros:

I definitely liked the location.

Cons:

The poor management. I could even talk to anyone in charge. A lady was waiting for me to handle me the key. No paperwork or anything. I was given the wrong room in the beginning and then I had to look for someone to change my room.

Apartments are described as air conditioned. They are not. Only the master bedroom.

We never had hot water during a five day stay.

There is something gross splattered on 3 of 4 walls in tve bedroom. Blood? Ketchup?

I'll go back. The view and location is terrific!
Pros:

The patio was wonderful with seating area and a dining table, lots of plants and privacy. The view of the bay and Madera Beach was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and so was the a/c in the bedroom. I appreciated the large water jug that was easy to pour, and immediately replaced when I ran out. There were plenty of fresh bath towels and a lovely woman cleaned every day. The refrigerator is large and worked well. Nice hot shower and large bathroom. I loved the location as it was easy to walk down to the historic town; lots of restaurants around. It was easy to walk a couple of blocks and catch the 13 peso van to La Ropa Beach. I took the boat from the pier a couple of times over to Playa Gatas.

Cons:

Next time I will bring my own pots and pans; there were 3 pans in very poor condition, but the dishes were new. The floors look dirty at the edges of the rooms. The lighting was not great in the kitchen and the small twin bed room to the deck patio. Some floor coverings and a little more decor would really brighten up the place. But really, I spent most of my time on the beautiful deck. The people are so kind there.

Location was fabulous. Staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. Would stay again for sure.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Enjoyed visiting and getting information from long time guests at Bungalow Pacifico. Will stay again when in the area.

Cons:

Did find a few dead roaches in areas but better dead than alive. That is to be expected in Mexico though.
