Absolutely fabulous!! 💕👍,🇮🇪
A huge, spotless apartment in a most perfect location. Talk about a room with a view!! Our balcony looked out on the right to the House of Congress and on the left, the Barbola Palace. Day or night, it is an amazing view. On top of this, there is a great rooftop outdoor space for residents to use if they wish. A laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers also on that floor. Plenty of eateries around, and small supermarkets nearby to stock up if you want to eat in. The Tourist Hop on Off bus stop is "literally" outside the door of the building. We'd definitely recommend taking it, as the city of Buenos Aires is huge!!! and you get to see everything by taking the bus.
We were met on our first night by the lovely Alfredo. We were very late due to our ferry being delayed by 2 over hours, but Alfredo couldn't have been nicer or kinder to us, and took time to explain everything to us. He made sure to ask if we needed anything else during our stay. A most courteous gentleman. .
We would highly recommend this apartment.

Great location for seeing the beautiful city, but check all facilities on arrival.
Pros:

Great location in central part of the old city, with the city tour bus right next door making it easy to go sightseeing.

Cons:

The room description on Booking.com listed the apartment as having a washing machine, iron and hairdryer. None of these were in the room, so we had to request access to them. The washing machine was on the 15th floor and not working the first two days. The owner Alfredo was very helpful in supplying the iron and hairdryer very promptly and got the washing machine fixed so we could clean up from a few weeks travelling in South America. We found it very frustrating to have to chase things up.

Perfect everything!
Pros:

Great host! Alfredo helped us with everything we need whenever we need. We really appreciate him!
The apartment is spacious, clean and fully furnished which made us stay very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped very well too even though we didn't cook anything, and the provided coffee is so good! WiFi is great too! Washers and dryers are also available to use in a public area, which helped us a lot!
We also love the wonderful view from the balcony: the congress hall, the square and the buildings around. What an impressive location!

Pros:

Excellent location in a safe area of the city near the congress.
Very helpful and friendly host who tried his best to accommodate our needs.
Clean and well maintained apartment.

Cons:

Security guard at the main entrance could have been more friendly but I guess that's not something our host can control

Well situated, owners were lovely.
Pros:

Location was great, had a couple of issues which the owners quickly resolved. Properly takes payment in cash only. Bed super comfy, WiFi good.

Cons:

Kitchen could have been a little cleaner: freezer was full of ice and there are no sharp knives or frying pans for cooking.
