Owner never read my email to say what time we would be there. We arrive at 7:01 no one there. We wrang, walked to the back, back at the front called him several times. The only way we got a hold of him was we went to the Comfort in, and the staff looked up and got another number. When we called he barely spoke English. We could not understand. My husband was mad he wanted to drive 101 k to find another place. I Said no, we paid for this room
We are expecting to get reimbursed at least some partial amount. They need to fix the back step and leading to it. Dangerous. He tried to make it up but by then but was to late. While waiting we met a couple also waiting. They were told they would be charged an extra 25 after 8 arrival.they were there before. I think a partial refund of 30.00 would be sufficient.

EVERYTHING... It was supposed to be a "family room" suitable for 4 people... there were 2 beds against one wall in a maybe 10x12 room... maybe 2 feet between the beds and the wall... we had to share the bathroom with 3 other rented rooms. No toilet tissue although supposed to be in vanity. Also, no soap. It said had laundry available but he discouraged that & we were told would be $10 a load charge. One of the beds had only a top mattress and no boxsprings, a bed skirt for its top sheet and no bedspread or comforter. It was almost like a bad prank or terrible joke...

L’endroit est non sécuritaire. Dangereux de se stationner juste en face de l’hôtel, car propriétaire nous dit que beaucoup de gens drogués et soûls et nous recommande fortement de nous stationner loin de l’hôtel et près du post de police.

The room was located on top of a salon that was not in operation. The address was hard to find as the name of the salon was spray painted with black paint. Upon arrival there was nobody at the location, had to wait 20 min for someone to arrive. The owner walked myself and another older couple through the salon, that does not look anything like the description of booking.com. photos. The site says there are no animals allowed. The salon was dirty, cluttered, and there was a cat and a smelly litter box in the space. It looks like the salon has not been in operation for a long time.

The cat followed us up a very steep set of steps. The smell of musty cat odor followed us up to the space as well. The shared space appeared to be cleaned, however the description on booking.com gave us and the other guest that these were separate apartments. When actually it is one apartment with 4 private rooms and everything else is shared, including the bathroom that is very small with a sink, toilet, washer/dryer, and stand up shower.

The room was clean and did not smell like cat odor but it was very small. To leave the accommodation space and come back in you had to exit down the steep flight of steps and out the backdoor. The backyard was very cluttered with dim lighting. Overall, we were very disappointed and would not recommend this space to anyone. This is more like a hostel environment not a aparthotel-style accommodation. There is a small fan in the room, the air conditioner is located in the shared living space. The owner was very response, however he told us that his staff were on the desk between 3:00-8:00 pm. Originally, we were going to arrive after 8:00 pm. He told us that we had to 2 options: pay staff to work overtime or pay him $25.00 for gas and he would come let us in. With a change of travel plans we arrived at the accommodation before 8:00 pm and there was no one onsite and clearly there were no staff as the Spa is not even open.

Hello, they demanded 20 dollars from me to let me in.. This place looks different in real life.. The owner of this place is very rude.And after I got inside. He refused to pay him for opening the door for me. He wanted to slash my tires.

they said the bed was as hard as a rock and they found it difficult to sleep
