Pas beaucoup de pression dans la douche et parfois odeurs difficiles dans la salle de bain

La propreté laisse à désirer (surtout la salle de bain), pas de tapis de douche donc de l'eau partout, les lits n'étaient pas confortables.
Du bruit la nuit
Le papier toilette est donné au compte goutte et pas de nettoyage intermédiaire durant notre séjour

Bikes available to rent, staff onsite to help whenever needed. Super responsive host. Great location
Very sweet owner and a fair price. We forgot something in our room and the owner was very sweet to accommodate our needs by shipping it. The room is nice, we even had an extra bed which was awesome for storage.
The common kitchen was available and we were the only ones using it.
We were able to do the laundry and hang our wet clothes in the terrace.
The internet worked well

The staff is kind and relaxed(same as the vibes you get in Bacalar) and it felt very safe(omg, I feel so old saying this)
One night we had a cold shower, which wasn't horrible but not pleasant.
The bathroom and kitchen were worn out, a bit of maintenance would be nice.
There was a big noise at night right when we went to be and we were told that the water was pumped up to a deposit I believe.

Great location in a quiet street in Bacalar. Walking distance from the center of the city and some nice places to eat around.
A bit more privacy (maybe darker or double-layered curtains would have done the job) and comfier (and slightly bigger) bed would have made our experience better.
Unfortunately, upon our arrival the room was ready but we were not given any information on how to access the property. We had to find a way by ourselves and it took some time before we got an answer. Also, when we finally managed to get into the room, there was no towels available, nor a mat for the bathroom.
It was very clean and with a good view and also the owner was really helpful and polite

It was pretty clean and the wifi worked.
-There's no reception, when you arrive you need to have a sim card to call them or send them a message
-mini cockroaches in the bathroom, gecko in the room

Water was supplied and there was a kitchen. The large glass window in the bedroom was very nice as was the view, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. It was quiet and the location was nice in that it was residential, not too far from the lake. and near ADO.
The room was very sparse with no comfortable place to sit and relax. Actually there were no comfortable seats anywhere. There was no place to put anything in the bathroom, I was given one well worn towel and there was almost no place to unpack.
Booking.com advertised the room as an apartment but it was not. It was a big disappointment as I was sandwiching the stay between 2 long bus trips and wanted a place to spread out and relax.

The air conditioner works very well and the hot water for the shower is fine.
The entrance lacks a good path that takes you to the rooms, since it only has stones which turn into mud when it rains, apart from the fact that there were ants right at the entrance and they bit every time I left or entered. If you add a TV and cold water for drink will be great!
Location was great. 5 min walk to bus station. Free bike rental, although a bit basic they did the job! Kitchen with everything you needed. Bag storage for day of check out.
