A quiet option away from the beach
Pros:

Eduardo is a wonderful host and was very helpful and always communicated very promptly. The property is in a quiet part of town, several blocks off the beach. It is clean and safe and our room had space for up to five people. 

Cons:

The comfort of the beds and quality of the bedsheets was not great, and the kitchen has only the basics— no coffeemaker or microwave, and only one pan for the stove. For $75 per night, it was a little less than what we anticipated.
