CUCARACHAS Y BICHOS, PAREDES SUCIAS Y SABANAS USADAS..

nada, la cama estaba sucia con sábanas, que daban mucho asco utilizar.

Cons:

estaba todo muy sucio, había cucarachas y bichos en muchos lugares. Las sabanas estaban muy usadas y el colchon sucio y con quemaduras. las almohadas estaban rotas y sujetas con nudos. Todo estaba en malas condiciones, los fuegos de la cocina daban asco. Las paredes y techos con miles de manchas y suelos rotos. No quiero publicar las fotos por respeto, pero sin duda exijo una devolución puesto que ha sido de las peores estancias de mi vida.

Check-in, o responsável não enviou as informações da minha hospedagem, entrei em contato as 13:30 para saber, somente neste momento ele me pediu os dados, me enviou as informações do quarto eram mais de 18 horas, ru cheguei em São paulo as 13 e fui direto trabalhar, sem deixar as coisas no apartamento por que ainda não estava liberado para mim.
Retornei ao apartamento as 21:40 e qiando cheguei ainda não estava liberado para entrar. Fiquei mais de 20 minutos aguardando e a portaria me liberou entrar para adiantar, mesmo as informações ainda não estando no sistema deles.

Minha experiência no Studio 200 Downtown
Pros:

A acomodação é igual às fotos do anúncio.
Piscina, academia, área de lazer e geladeiras de vendas.

Cons:

No anúncio dizia que comportava meu grupo, 2 adultos e 1 criança de 12 anos, porém ao chegar no quarto havia só 1 colchão de berço. Mas foi resolvido pois o anfitrião 1 dia depois deixou o colchão para mim. Quando procurei na portaria a recepcionista não fez questão nenhuma de me entregar, mais um dia dormindo em colchão de berço. Na troca de turno procurei novamente e um moço me entregou.
No anúncio diz ter TV, tem sim porém não funcionava, não tinha cabo e pilhas para o controle remoto.

Bad management from host and unclean flat
Pros:

The flat has a nice terrace.

Cons:

We waited almost 3 hours to be able to enter the flat. The host hand´t informed at all the building security about our arrival. Apparently, the flat wasn´t cleaned after the last guess used it, soap and shower gel used sachets in the bathroom, food in the fridge, dirty toilet.
