Take This Off Your List
Pros:

The on-site worker named Lee is very helpful and kind.

Cons:

List of amenities is false and misleading (no toiletries, balcony, desk, walk-in closet etc. as stated in description.) Most importantly: no wifi and therefore no television was available on the day I arrived.

I could not stay there so I found another hotel but I was told by the woman who runs the hotel "I have a no refunds policy" She didn't care that I have a "no false advertising policy."

In the end she refunded part of my stay if I agreed to go to a cash machine and pay her for a couple of days. Very crooked hotel. Stay away.

Note: the location is about a 40 minute walk to the decent beaches (the nearest one is 20 minutes and covered in garbage on the beach and in the water.) And the street is filled with traffic noise. IT IS NOT IN a relaxing location.

Weird note: the "sofa" is made of cement and slate slabs with no cushions!

Environnement bruyant.
Pros:

Bon Wi-Fi. A distance de marche de la plage et de l'épicerie. Lit confortable. Terrasse agréable. Eau chaude.

Cons:

Bruits extérieur; musique, chiens, coqs, bruits de moto.
Frigo rouillé intérieur et extérieur. Télé ne fonctionne pas et climatiseur non plus (il ne faisait pas assez chaud pour l'utiliser de toute façon)

Quiet and comfortable
Pros:

Really comfortable and quiet. Surrounded by beautiful plants and has a hot shower. 20 min- 1 hour walk from the beach, depending on which one you go to. Near supermarkets.

Great stay in Las Terrenas
Pros:

Nestled away from the touristy spots but still walkable. Great markets and bars nearby. The layout of the property was very cozy and welcoming.
