Sehr gute Betreuung, es wurde auf unsere bitte eingegangen und Lösung gefunden von dem Personal
Pros:

Es war alles super, nur auch nicht durchgewischt, es lagen auf dem Fußboden büschelwrise Staub und schmutz von den denk ich mehrere Vorgängern. Sauber wurde das Bett, Handtücher und das Bad gemacht, das zimmer wo wir übernachtet hatten wurde leider nicht durchgewischt. Empfehlung etwas mehr auf Sauberkeit achten.

Die Zimmer sind neuwertig und sauber. Dies gilt auch für die Möbel und den Sanitärbereich!

Very fresh and spacious room. I got the possibility to check in earlier. Thank you very much for it!

Cons:

The room was not cleaner at any point during my three-night stay. I tried to call the phone indicated on the room key card but no one replied. The hotel is also located quite far from Hamburg city centre, making it less convenient for sightseeing. In addition, the 10:00 a.m. check-out time felt unnecessarily early.

Ruhige Lage, gratis Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe, reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in fußläufiger Entfernung, Einrichtung zeitgemäß und sauber, behindertengerechter Zugang

Cons:

Kühlschrank hätte ein bisschen größer sein können, Standardgröße statt Minikühlschrank mit Umbau (laut & zusätzliche Wärmequelle),
Perfekt wäre aufgrund der sehr heißen Temperaturen eine Klimaanlage gewesen

Pros:

Gut gelegene, praktisch ausgestattete Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür zum Hauptbahnhof oder S1 Flughsfen oder Blankenese. Die Terrasse ist superschön und wir haben viel Zeit dort verbracht. Check In/ Out unkompliziert. Jederzeit gerne wieder bei dem tollen Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis. 🙂

Cons:

Auch wenn wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, hat uns die Senderauswahl im TV etwas enttäuscht. Kein ZDF oder ARD, um die Nachrichten des Tages zu verfolgen. Auch sonst zu viele "unnötige" Sender.
Auf der Terrasse säße man noch besser, wenn man sich der leichten Ameisenplage annehmen würde.
