Pros:

De zitstoel zat heerlijk. Het had heerlijke vloerverwarming.

Cons:

Het bed was niet slecht, maar je wordt er ook niet vrolijk van. Keuken is klein (zoals je op de foto’s wel al ziet), dus een uitgebreid gerecht bereiden zou ik uitstellen. Het uitzicht (waar ik zelf persoonlijk veel waarde aan hecht) was best lelijk.

The place is good overall but could be better.
Pros:

The location in Hamburg. The employee in the office was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It could have been cleaner. There was a constant very cold draft through the windows. The room could have a renovation. The laundry room was not clean enough.

Pros:

The room ( 5th floor ) was clean and spacious and full of light and had a window that could open for fresh air.

Cons:

Internet / WiFi kept cutting out completely for hours at irregular intervals making it impossible to work from the room. When raising it to the online support via WhatsApp didn’t really provide anything apart from an AI msg saying try to connect again or reboot my devices. After calling the front desk hotline - they said that a technician would come and check in a few days - as it was at Christmas / New Year time period.

Pros:

Ich war insgesamt zwei Wochen in dieser Unterkunft und habe mich von Anfang an wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Apartment ist klein, aber sehr fein und liebevoll eingerichtet – sogar mit Fußbodenheizung, was gerade an kühleren Tagen einfach perfekt ist 😍.
Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Besonders gefreut hat mich das kleine Willkommens-Astra, eine richtig schöne Aufmerksamkeit 🫶🏻.
Das Bett war sehr bequem und hat für erholsame Nächte gesorgt. Das Personal, das tagsüber für einige Stunden vor Ort ist, war stets extrem freundlich, aufmerksam und hat regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist – man fühlt sich hier wirklich willkommen.
Auch die Lage ist hervorragend: Den Hauptbahnhof erreicht man in etwa 10 Minuten, die Speicherstadt und den Hafen in rund 22 Minuten. Die Unterkunft ist also sehr zentral gelegen und ideal, um Hamburg zu erkunden.
Ich kann diese Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen. Ende Februar bin ich selbst wieder in Hamburg und werde ganz sicher erneut eines der Apartments buchen. 😊
