Good location, friendly and helpful host. We were satisfied with this experience.
Pros:

The host was very friendly and helpful. She provided us the toothpaste and toothbrushes when I asked. She recommended us the must go places and restaurants for dinner. She has several cute pet (dogs).

Cons:

The room is on the 4th floor and the hot water using solar energy so it takes a while to get warm water.

Exceptional because of the friendliness of the staff. It will be my first choice any time I return to Siem Reap
Pros:

Convenient location. Staff is brilliant

Cons:

It didn’t have a lift, but they cheerfully changed my room to the least number of stairs

Great location, friendly staff, clean
Pros:

The owner was super friendly. She explained a lot about getting around the city and personally arrange a tour for us to the angkor wat. Great location, very clean.

Pros:

Very kind and helpful lady. She went overboard all the time to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. From arranging cab early in the morning to explaining about all the attractions nearby and how to plan our trip, she was simply awesome. Rooms are very spacious, clean and nicely decorated with ample light and air supply. I would stay her Every time i come to Siem Reap. Thank you 2N residence.

Cons:

There was simply nothing to dislike.
