Moje wrażenie: przez całą noc część z nas drżała z zimna ze względu na zepsute ogrzewanie w jednym z pokoi.

Położenie blisko muzeum i parking.

Cons:

Ogromny grzyb na ścianie w jadalni pod stołem , zepsute ogrzewanie w ostatnim pokoju oraz jednej z łazienek, a także zepsute drzwi w ostatnim pokoju.

Pros:

A really good location for the Porsche Museum however far away from the city centre of Stuttgart and the Mercedes Museum. However it is hard to find family accommodation in Stuttgart so a good option for families.

Cons:

Check in instructions not clear but we found the door at the back of the building.

ECCELLENTE STRUTTURA, NUOVISSIMA E STRATEGICAMENTE PERFETTA
Pros:

Bellissimo appartamento hi tech, confortevole e pulito, dispone di parcheggio gratuito privato a fianco all'ingresso ed è vicinissimo allo svincolo autostradale e si trova a pochissimi metri dalla fermata della metro che porta al centro di Stoccarda.
Lo staff si è dimostrato gentile e molto professionale, su nostro input ha risolto dei problemi relativi al riscaldamento in uno dei bagni e alla macchinetta del caffè. Problemi puntualmente risolti.
Nuovissimo e di ampissima metratura presenta una zona giorno composta da sala da pranzo, cucina con lavastoviglie e comodo salotto con divano tre posti dotato di chaise longue e smart tv. La zona notte comprende due grandissime camere da letto dotate anche quest'ultime di smart tv e due ampi bagni con doccie funzionali e la presenza, in uno di essi, di lavasciuga. Comodissimi i letti. Ottimo il segnale wi fi.
Struttura consigliata a tutti.

Pros:

La posizione ottima, proprio davanti alla fermata della metro. Un posto tranquillo e silenzioso. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto e c'è tutto.

Cons:

La macchinetta di caffè non era pulita, aveva bisogno della decalcificazione per funzionare. Quindi non abbiamo potuto farci un caffè. Ho scritto alla proprietà ma non ho avuto risposta.
Servirebbero delle istruzioni per far funzionare sia macchinetta del caffè che piano induzione per la cottura.
Il bagno vicino la sala da pranzo era sempre freddo, infatti non utilizzabile.
Il divano letto è scomodo, una parte è come dormire direttamente sul legno. Non è proponibile per un adulto.

Casa de vacanta de vis
Pros:

Casa cu dotari de ultima generatie, ingrijit si cu atentie la detalii. Totul a fost la superlativ. Daca va fi sa revenim vreodata, cu siguranta va vom contacta. Multumim!

Pros:

Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür, einfacher Check-in, die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, relativ groß und gut gelegen. Es gibt einen kleinen Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten mit Bildschirm und viele Ferhseher (wenn man auf sowas wertlegt) Preisleistung finde ich für 3-4Personen gut.

Cons:

Kaffeemaschine und Regendusche haben nicht funktioniert, Bett war so medium bequem. Nachrichten über Booking werden nicht beantwortet, man muss dafür eine ander App verwenden. Emails mit der Bitte eine 5 Sterne Bewertung da zu lassen nerven.

We really enjoyed the apartment. We were happy to have found such an incredible place with convenient parking right in front of the entrance. The apartment had everything needed for living and cooking. We spent two wonderful days in Stuttgart, visiting the Porsche Museum, the Mercedes Museum, and an amazing art gallery.

Cons:

The only downside was that it was a bit hot both in the city and in the apartment. The air conditioner wasn’t coping very well with such hot weather.

Krásny a moderný byt blízko múzea Porsche.
Pros:

Byt je veľký a priestranný, moderne zariadený. Fotky zodpovedajú realite. 2 kompletne zariadené kúpeľne s toaletami sú super, veľké sprchovacie kúty. Súčasťou jednej kúpeľne je aj práčka. Postele boli veľmi pohodlné. Parkovanie je hneď vedľa bytu, električková zastávka je za rohom. Vynikajúca pekáreň aj Lidl je v pešej dostupnosti. Byt nás privítal v štýle "Porsche", čo nás potešilo, keďže jedna zo zastávok bolo Porsche múzeum, ktoré sa nachádza cca 10-15 minút od bytu pohodlnou chôdzou. Dobrá dostupnosť do centra. Celé okolie je bezpečné, čisté a príjemné. Prečítala som si staré recenzie a musím povedať, že majiteľ sa výrazne zlepšil a všetko vyriešil: všade bolo čisto, dostatok riadu, závesy na oknách, kávovar čistý, dobrá navigácia na miesto. Jediné, čo sa nevyriešilo je, že svetlo v kúpeľni vypne skôr, než sa stihnem osprchovať. To je ale maličký problém, lebo keď otvorím dvere na sprchovom kúte a pohnem sa, zase sa zažne.

Cons:

Všetko bolo perfektné, škoda, že sme boli iba na 2 noci.
