Pros:

As instalações são ótimas, excelentes profissionais, tem um restaurante onde também serve o café da manhã, se não estiver incluso na diária, paga por fora.
Ótima localização, com várias opções de alimentação, inclusive café da manhã.

Cons:

O sinal de internet é bem ruim no apartamento, tanto do uso de dados próprios como da internet disponibilizada pela instalação.
