Die Lage war sehr gut .Der Vermieter Tommaso und seine Frau waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich . Sie haben uns tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen sei es Radfahren oder Restaurants gegeben . Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen und wieder buchen

Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!
Pros:

Die Spülmaschine in der Küche ist das Tüpfelchen auf dem i. Der Ausblick von der Anlage ist herrlich und die Wohnung sind mit Balkon und Terrasse wirklich großzügig geschnitten. Die Lage ist sehr angenehm, da man direkt zu zwei Stränden und in die Stadt laufen kann. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Die Wohnungen ist hellhörig. Das Bett war hart. Meine Freundin konnte so nicht gut schlafen für mich war es in Ordnung.

Sehr nettes und kompaktes Apartment zu einem fairen Preis
Pros:

Das Apartment hatte eine Terrasse mit einem tollen Blick auf die Hauptstadt. Im gemeinsam mit anderen Gästen benutzbaren Garten hatte man einen herrlichen Blick über das Meer.

Cons:

Ohne eigenes Transportmittel wäre die Stadt etwas zu weit entfernt.

Stunning location with a friendly host
Pros:

We received a very friendly welcome from Thomaso. He was readily available to answer any questions that we had and to offer help, if needed. For example, he would have collected us from the port. We didn't need this service, because we had a car. It was really great that he made himself available, if needed.

The views from the garden are great. In one direction, looking over the sea and in the other direction over the port.

We didn't try the swimming pool, but it looked lovely.

The apartments are located on a small road and therefore they are very quiet, so you can sleep well.

I would recommend this family run place.

Cons:

Our apartment was a little smaller than most places we stayed in Italy. But, there were only two of us, so this wasn't a problem.

It's a pleasant walk downhill back into town, but it is around a mile (1.5km). Most of the restaurants are located in the town area. There are a couple of local pizzeria, but they weren't always open when we stayed.

Idyllische plek om Elba te ontdekken.
Pros:

Zeer schoon, lieflijk, comfortabel ingericht. Dichtbij klein strandje. Zeer gastvrije gastheer met goede tips over Elba via de app. Ruim complex. Schoon zwembad. Veel ligstoelen, parasols. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooi uitzicht over zee, overigens niet vanuit alle appartementen.

Cons:

Bij verblijf van 5 dagen waren een paar schone handdoeken welkom geweest. Naar het centrum van Portoferraia is het een half uur heen en een half uur terug lopen om ergens wat te gaan eten. Voor ons geen probleem maar goed om te weten.

A little piece of affordable paradise - we’ll be back

Absolutely beautiful location with easy walking access to nearby beaches and only 20mins to the glamorous center of town.

Cons:

It would have been good to have a few basics in the apartment- salt, pepper, washing up liquid, cloth , mosquito coils.

Fantastické
Pros:

Apartmány byly čisté, dobře vybavené. Majitelé jsou velmi milý a ochotní. Okolí apartmánu bylo každodenně upravované a čisté. Ubytování je jen 2. minuty od pláže. Parkování bylo k ubytování zajištěné. Skvělé pro rodiny s dětmi.

Nic mne nenapadá.

Tutto. Esattamente tutto. A partire dall'accoglienza dei proprietari che sono delle persone squisite, dalla dolcissima Lilli e da tutto lo staff. Il posto è incantevole....ha tutto quello che ti serve e gli appartamenti ti fanno venire voglia di viverlo se non hai voglia di spostarti con i loro interni nuovi e i giardini. La piscina è molto carina ed è comodissima. A noi è stato fatto anche l'upgrade in quanto era stato disdetto un appartamento "migliore" del nostro....quindi che dire?potevamo chiedere di più????
Certo è che lo consiglierò ai miei amici e che se tornerò all'Elba saprò dove andare. Grazie di tutto.
