מרכזי ושקט. עם כל הנדרש במטבחון וחדר רחצה פרטי. בעלת דירה שענתה לנו ותדרכה אותנו ב 4:00 בבוקר.

Все соответствует фотографиям. Вся техника работает. Стильно и комфортно. Прекрасная коовать. Мне все понравилось . Расположение прекрасно.

Очень понравились апартаменты. Все было чисто, из принадлежностей туалетная бумага, мыло, гель для душа. Большая удобная кровать, вай фай норм, расположение супер просто. Аутентичный грузинский дворик. Все в шаговой доступности. А больше всего понравилась душевная хозяйка! Все объяснила, рассказала, оставила еще на несколько часов за небольшое вознаграждение, так как у меня сменилось время выезда. Очень рекомендую

Host was very helpful as trying to find the exact apt. was quite difficult in the beyond bizarre old school Soviet style complex it was in when my taxi pulled up but she was at that spot & we figured it out. It was smaller than I expected but comfortable. I was worried about the cacophony of the complex when I arrived at 7 pm but it was quiet at night.

It’s well located, comfortable and good price. Owner is super helpful with everything.

It’s a small studio apartment in the quiet neighbourhood of the downtown. The location is perfect. Overall our experience was quite pleasant and enjoyable, as far as the owner was so friendly and welcoming, the facilities were good, the apartment was clean and cozy. I would recommend this place for a short stay in Tbilisi 😊

Manana was a wonderful and responsive host. The apartment was right off Rustaveli Ave which is very busy but the apartment is in a quiet courtyard. As others have mentioned the windows are high up so not a lot of natural light but that didn't bother me as the lighting inside was good. The kitchen was good for my week long stay with everything I needed to be able to cook. I really appreciated having a washing machine. WiFi worked well. I had one chilly night and the heat worked well. I didn't need to use the air conditioner. The bed was very comfortable. I wasn't crazy about the pillows because they were huge square pillows but overall this was a really comfortable stay.

Manana was very nice to me! As my flight arrived early, she managed to clean the apartment early and let me do early checkin. Location is perfect and apartment very cozy. She was aways avaliable as well via whatsapp =)

The apartments are good enough and have a fair price. The landlord gave me great directions on how to use any amenities in the apartments. Apartments have a washing machine and enough dishes which is also good. Landlord allowed to early check-in.

The Property is absolutely amazing. The host is very kind and friendly. It had all the facilities needed and is much better than a hotel room. A small comfortable studio room is what you need after a busy day of sightseeing. Supermarkets are near by and all the main attractions are walkable. I will definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking for an affordable place to live. The neighborhood is also safe. I will definitely return back and stay here.
