Pros:

To bardziej hostel niż hotel, ale i tak bardzo komfortowy. Na miejscu jest dostępna wspólna kuchnia, w pełni wyposażona. Duży pokój z balkonem, czysto.

Good apartment for this money

It was warm and the water in the shower was hot.

Cons:

The location is not bad for the money, but the area looks empty and devastated. There is a grocery store nearby, but to eat you need to go by bus or metro to Avlabari metro station. There is absolutely nothing to do in the area of apartment.

The shower head is very high, my mother and grandmother would not be able to use it if it was fixed. In addition to the fact that it is super high and not everyone can reach it, it also does not stay in a normal position. As a result, we washed ourselves sitting on our butts in the shower, despite the fact that we simply put the shower head on the faucet. The owner does not really care about the shower and couldn’t fix the problem.

The shelf for hats and the hanger for jackets are also incredibly high, so only 1 of us could reach the shelf with hats and the hanger.

The trash can in the room is broken, although it should open with a pedal. It is not very pleasant to touch the lid of the trash can with your hands to throw out the trash.

If you leave the apartment, you have to take a plastic key card with you because the elevator in the building is paid. Thereby no electricity will be available when you will be out. No working refrigerator, no charging of your devices.
