if you looking for several new clean studios in the same building for GREAT price - this is IT! Room has everything nice balcony on the top floor. Very well organized helpful owner.

Прекрасный номер, отличное месторасположение, очень приятный персонал. Понравилось всё. В номере чисто, регулярная уборка. Удобные кровати, балкон, в шкафу достаточное количество вешалок, полностью оборудования кухня, с необходимой техникой и посудой. У нас было всё, что нам необходимо, ничего не пришлось просить дополнительно. Очень удобный душ с тёплым полом и никаких проблем с горячей водой. Жили в номере 6 ночей и остались очень довольны. Терраса на крыше - это просто восторг! Очень уютно и прекрасный вид на город 👍👍 Рекомендуем ❤️

Cons:

Единственный небольшой нюанс, недостаточно горячие батареи. Но это было не критично, мы пару раз включали кондиционер на обогрев и этого хватало.

Amazing place!
Pros:

This is already the third time me and family staying in this apart-hotel, and we'll definitely stay here the next time we're in Tbilisi. The apartments are very comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom is equipped with all the necessary stuff (kitchen towels, all for cleaning, etc.) and this is the first time I actually see this in the hotel and I don't need to go and buy something myself and then guess what do I do with the whole bottle of detergent if I only needed to wash my clothes once. Everything was already taken care of for you!
The location is very central, though also quiet. The room is super clean and being regularly refreshed, including the towels and the bed linen.
The host is amazing and very welcoming!
My separate love is the terrace, we had breakfast there every day, it's very nice.
I highly recommend this place!

Прекрасное местоположение, шикарный номер, все есть для комфортной жизни. Второй раз останавливаюсь. Довольна максимально всем. Даже приятными мелочами в виде пластырей, ниток, ножниц и всяких подобных мелочей , которые могут потребоваться путешественнику, и которые расположены в открытом доступе для гостей

perfect location in a lovely city.
Pros:

location of apartment is amazing right near the Opera House on the main road. actually easy to find the apartment despite. great rooftop terrace to relax on, all the facilities needed. very helpful staff. close to everything you need for transportation, food and groceries.

Cons:

there is a walk up 2 or 3 flights of stairs, fine if you are healthy and not carrying heavy luggage. also the street apartment is on a small hill so be prepared.

Pros:

Отличный номер (в хорошем состоянии + наполненность номера), расположение близко к туристическим зонам, магазины с товарами в пешей доступности. Приятный, внимательный и отзывчивый персонал.

Cons:

Не всем может подойти расположение на склоне холма. Нет приятного вида из окон
