Pros:

Bardzo czysto! Byliśmy z pieskiem i musieliśmy dopłacić €10, ale nasz piesek dostał paczkę z jedzeniem (mega słodkie). Kuchnia super wyposażona! Łatwy check in. Dodatkowe pomieszczenie na rower! :)

Pros:

Wir waren positiv überrascht!
Einfaches Einchecken (jederzeit), schönes Zimmer mit Balkon und sehr ruhige Lage. Tolle Gemeinschaftsküche, voll ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Alles ausreichend vorhanden und sehr ordentlich.
Insgesamt ganz hervorragendes Konzept!!!
Auch der Selbstbedienungsbereich( Getränke, Snacks usw.)ließ keine Wünsche offen. Man muß weder verdursten noch verhungern ;-)
Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pros:

Hassle free self checkin, clean facilities, kind staff, sufficient free parking in front or nearby.

Cons:

Rooms don't have sound isolation which is not a problem as long as other guests are respectful and many are. But in our last night of stay there were some very loud people going up and down the floors, almost screaming to each other. This lasted all night and we couldn't get a proper night's sleep. So if you're not a deep sleeper bring in ear plugs just in case.

Ottima esperienza
Pros:

Camera comoda, silenziosa e pulita con grande terrazzo. Parcheggio disponibile in loco, check in facile e intuitivo, proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Ho apprezzato molto il fatto che la struttura accettasse i cani e aver trovato una confezione di cibo per ognuno di loro.

Super Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis
Pros:

Da man Selbstverpfleger ist, ist man nicht an irgendwelche Essen-Zeiten gebunden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man hat auch die Möglichkeit die Wäsche zu waschen und zu trocknen.
Das gesamte Konzept ist einfach sehr gut, wenn man seine Unabhängigkeit behalten möchte.

Ein perfekter Kurzulaub
Pros:

Das Konzept der Gemeinschaftsküche (bis 11 Uhr konnte man sich umsonst Kaffee, Tee nehmen) und den gut gefüllten Weinkühlschrank mit anderen Getränken wie Wasser etc. gegen faire Preise .
Schöne weihnachtsliche Dekoration .

War Okay
Pros:

Zuerst einmal was uns gefallen hat:

Wir finden es super, dass man Parkplätze direkt vor der Unterkunft hat und das es einen Self Check-In gibt. Die Zimmer sind super sauber und das Personal ist total lieb (eine Frau die in der Küche sauber gemacht hat).

Cons:

Was wir nicht gut finden:
Dafür, dass wir auch ohne Frühstück gebucht haben und die Ausstattung sehr alt ist - einfach viel zu teuer.
In Städten kriegt man denke ich, dasselbe Zimmer mit einem sehr alten Bad auch für die Hälfte es Preises.
Außerdem ein totales NO GO was uns passiert ist:

wir wollten pünktlich auschecken, haben alles ins Auto und statt um genau PUNKT auszuhecken war wir genau um 5 vor der Tür und wollten noch in unser Zimmer rein um unsere Hunde als letztes in unser Auto zu packen.
Wir hatten also genau noch 5minuten und wir hatten keinen Zugang mehr in unser Zimmer. Das ist schon total frech. Wir mussten dann jemanden aufsuchen der unsere Hunde aus dem Zimmer kriegt.
Mehr will ich dazu gar nicht mehr sagen.

Pros:

Die Residenz ist sehr komfortabel. Die Zimmer sauber, Betten gut.
Da es kein Frühstück gibt, ist für die Gäste eine Küche mit Kaffeevollautomat eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber und modern.
Ein kleiner Hinweis für die Betreiber: Die Sitzecke vor dem Eingang ist gefährlich. Wer außen sitzt und nicht aufpasst kann böse fallen (ist meinem Schwager passiert. Da sollte besser ein Geländer angebracht werden.

Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft wirklich empfehlenswert.
