We weren’t informed about the number of the room, and all the procedures to do the check in, it was a bit stressful, because the host didn’t send the receptionist any information about us, I called the host and he answered me a few minutes later, it was long enough to make me feel uncomfortable with the situation. The internet wasn’t working. It was quite annoying because we needed to pay for the mobile data abroad.
