Great location and city views
Pros:

Small spaces but overall comfortable. It was nice having a kitchen area. We had nice views of Florence. Location was great for walking around and exploring the city.

Cons:

Small elevator to get to the lobby on the 5th floor and then stairs only to get to our room on the 6th floor. Our room door was left open one day by the cleaning personnel.

A localização é maravilhosa, dá para ir em todos os pontos turisticos de Florenza a pé. A suíte é muito confortável, espaçosa. O estabelecimento não oferece café da manhã.

Ho soggiornato una notte in questa struttura e non avrei potuto chiedere di meglio per quanto riguarda la posizione. Essere veramente a pochi passi dai principali monumenti permette di vivere Firenze con una magia diversa, specialmente la sera quando la folla diminuisce.
La camera era accogliente e pulita, con quel fascino tipico dei palazzi storici fiorentini. Nonostante la posizione centralissima, il riposo è stato ottimo grazie a un buon isolamento acustico. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile a tenere i bagagli dopo il check-out. Consigliatissimo per chi ha poco tempo e vuole vedere tutto a piedi!"

The beds, chairs, suite facilities were worn from many uses. The suite needs new higher quality items to withstand the frequent uses. The stairwell lighting is poor. In event of a fire, clients/tenants would not be able to escape: fire safety hazard.
