O apartamento é perfeito, melhor conjunto de qualidades da nossa viagem! Cama, banheiro, sala, cozinha, tudo cinco estrelas!

Cons:

Já sabíamos da dificuldade, mas é complicado achar lugar para descarregar e carregar as malas no carro, inclusive porque a via em frente do edifício está em obras. Apesar disso, o apto é incrivelmente silencioso e não se ouve nenhum barulho de fora.

The comfort of the apartment, decoration, everything inside the apartment

The stairs in the enter, needs the handrail, my husband and aunt are older people and for them was complicated to go up the stairs

Most elegant and comfortable stay slightly away from city centre
Pros:

Apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures on booking.com! Everything was perfect! Essential supplies including quality toiletries, detergent, dish washing tabs, cutlery etc, even dish drying cloth! Bed and bedding was comfy and the whole apartment was almost dust free! Kudos to the cleaning staff! Receptionist Gio was extra helpful and friendly for letting us check in almost 2 hours early, and for keeping our luggage after checking out too. She also shared her personal favourites for restaurants and bistros! Thank you for a lovely stay!

The occasional sewage smell at the lift lobby.

Pros:

Perfect location, a short walk from tram stop which made travelling to/from the airport extremely easy. A spacious, clean apartment and very comfortable. Very convenient for walking to all attractions. An excellent supermarket nearby.

This hotel is a great place to stay in Florence!
Pros:

The hotel allowed us to check in early so we could do our sightseeing. The hostess was extremely nice and helpful to show us how to get around Florence. The rooms were spacious, very clean. At first we were concerned for the construction work going on outside but the rooms were sound proof. The rooms were reminiscent of artwork that we were about to see. I would stay here again!
