Pros:

Location and it has kitchen facilities if anyone wants to cook

Cons:

I booked the most expensive King deluxe room with balcony at the top floor hoping it would be most pleasant, but this room was extremely smelly of cigarettes that it was hard to breathe. During booking, it was not told that this one is for smokers only! The roof had stains you can't see on Booking photos and the worst, it started leaking after the rain, creating a mini pond in the room. I was relocated to Queen room advertised on Booking at cheaper price, but I was not offered any compensation. And that Queen room also had big stains you can't see on Booking. Entire building needs complete repair, painting and humidity/odor elimination. Only after the room was booked, it was informed there is no elevator and it has very winding narrow stairs that are not great to climb with your suitcase to the roof floor.

Pros:

Cheap, close to metro/taksim

Cons:

Didn’t feel like it was in the safest area, especially at night. Water didn’t work for an evening/night. WiFi was basically nonexistent. Reception and communication was pretty unresponsive to issues.

Хотела е близо до самия площад Таксим

Cons:

Не влязоха нито веднъж за престоя ни да почистят стаята (при положение, че е зимно време и се влиза отвън с мокри обувки). Цената е висока за такъв тип хотел. Стаята беше относително малка за цената си. От банята се носеше миризма на канализация.

Готель відповідає ціна якість. Розташування хороше поблизу магазини та кафк. До центральної вулиці 5 хв пішки. Персол досить таки приємний , прислухалися до побажать та робили відпочинок максимум приємним.

Eine Unterkunft bei der Taksim platz
Pros:

Das ist ein kleines Hotel/Ferienwohnung in der Nähe von Taksim -Platz. Es liegt in eine Gasse. Es hat einen Balkon, Fernseher, Gasherd und eine Maschinelle Lüftung.Da kann man auch kochen. Das Bett ist bequem. Es it ziemlich ruhig .

Cons:

Da hat es manchmal gestunken. Ich weiß nicht ob es die Lüftung oder das Wasser oder der Abfluss. Öfter lüften hat meistens geholfen.

Pros:

Второй раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Приятный бюджетный вариант - большая кровать, сантехника, кухня, самый центр города, отличное расположение, рядом Истикляль, площадь Таксим, магазины/рестораны.

I stayed at Marida Hotel for two nights and had a truly pleasant experience. The hotel is in a great location, right near Taksim Square, which made it easy to explore Istanbul — everything was within walking distance or a short ride away.
The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable, with a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a day out in the city. What really stood out, though, was the warm and professional service.
Hotel manager Ali Agirman was especially helpful and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and made my stay feel personal and cared for.
Even though the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, everything else made up for it — great hospitality, perfect location, and a comfortable environment. I highly recommend Marida Hotel and will definitely stay here again when I return to Istanbul.

Les revêtement et couvre lit est déjà utilisé Il ne l'a même pas versé et le nettoyer .. le matelas est sale
La chambre est mal aérée .. elle étais en sous sol très mauvaise expérience

Ce que je n'ai pas aimé dans l'hôtel, c'était la propreté... c'était très sale, la chambre était pleine des champignons et moisissures.. ça Cela nous cause des problèmes respiratoires et des rougeurs cutanées
