Pros:

Рядом есть магазин и недорогие кафе. В номере чисто.

Cons:

Кухня в номере номинально. Посуды нет, все шкафы на фото пустые. Плиты кухонной или плитки тоже нет. Завтрак - это яйца вареные, нарезка сыр, колбаса. Нарезка зелень. Фруктов нет. Чай и кофе растворимый. По питанию выручила только ближайшие кафе.

Die Familie ist sehr freundlich und gibt sich große Mühe, um einem die Gastfreundschaft spürbar zu machen.
Es ist eine Unterkunft, bei der man im Preis Leistungs-Verhältnis auf seine Kosten kommt. Vor allem, wenn man eine location sucht, die perfekt gelegen ist, um in kurzer Zeit am Puls der Stadt zu sein. Es ist keine Luxusunterkunft, aber genau das hat es für uns zu dem richtigen gemacht. Schlicht, Sauber und sehr gute Lage.

The location is fine – a bit far from the city center if you walk, but it is easy to get a taxi nearby. The owner was friendly and welcoming, which was a nice plus. The hotel is also budget-friendly, so the price is reasonable.

Cons:

There is no elevator, which can be inconvenient, especially since the breakfast is in the basement. The breakfast was not very good and did not seem fresh. The rooms did not feel very clean, as the cleaning seemed quite basic. Also, the rest of the staff were not very friendly.

Super estancia
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. La calle es muy tranquila y de noche no hay ruido. En la mañana como a las 9am se escucha la campana del colegio pero si no ningún otro ruido. Se puede hacer todo caminando pero también hay una estación de metro muy cerca. El barrio es animado, muchas cafeterías y restaurantes con precios muy accesibles. Es una zona con universidades el ambiente es joven y familiar. Me sentí segura caminar de noche cerca del hotel. Al pie del hotel hay una tienda para comprar. El señor es muy amable, te ofrece te y está siempre atento para ayudarte. La habitación era amplia con calificación y todas las comodidades. Si aman a los gatos el gato del señor es muy lindo. Lo recomiendo.

Понравился отель и хорошее расположение
Pros:

Очень понравился номер. Жили на 3 этаже. Видно что после ремонта. Все чистенькое, кондиционер работал бесшумно. Горячая вода была. В ванной комнате мало места, но это мелочи. Завтрак обычный.

Cons:

Все было хорошо.
