In realtà un po' tutto.
Location curata in mezzo al verde, centro benessere pulito e figo, colazione di alta qualità, camere ampie e luminose (bagno enorme con vasca e doccia).

Cons:

Cuscini scomodi (poco male).
C'erano tante ragnatele in stanza ma la camera era molto pulita però negli altri punti.

Pros:

Molto bella la posizione, nel verde, ombreggiata e la SPA di dimensioni medie era fornita di due stanze sauna, un bagno turco, un idromassaggio fuori terra ed una piscina coperta. Area relax vista giardino. Molto buono anche il ristorante e la colazione.

Cons:

La nostra camera era proprio sopra la SPA e le tubazioni sotto pavimento rendevano la camera molto calda tanto che il condizionatore, anche se presente, non è riuscito, in tre giorni sempre acceso, a portare la temperatura ad un livello confortevole.

Great place to relax near Colico
Pros:

Beautiful, clean, specious room with balcony and mountain view. Comfortable bed. Quiet and very nice. Delicious breakfast. A fun pool and a hot tub. Parking in the facility

The property is near Colico but too risky to walk by foot/hike because of the high way/road that in between. No pedestrian way. Otherwise the stay is truly perfect

Für eine Nacht absolut okay oder wenn der Fokus nicht auf dem Pool liegt.
Pros:

Umgebung sehr schön und Zimmer eigentlich ganz okay. Abendessen war super!

Cons:

Sauberkeit im Zimmer und im Wellnessbereich lässt zu wünschen übrig. Im Wellnessbereich war einiges kaputt, der Pool war vieeel zu warm. Das Dampfbad roch modrig und die Sauna hatte eine Temperatur von 115 Grad. 2h Poolzeit pro Person/Tag finde ich schwierig.

Pros:

Carina la spa e la posizione immersa nel verde.
Ottimi prodotti per la colazione.

Cons:

La stanza era piccola e non ben pulita, cattivo odore all’interno e non abbiamo potuto arieggiare perchè la zanzariera era rotta. La notte resta troppa luce per via della porta finestrata che non è possibile oscurare. Il posto ha un enorme potenziale, ma necessita di molta più cura e manutenzione.
Per il prezzo speso ci saremmo aspettati qualcosa in più.

Wunderschöne Anlage in der Nähe von Colico am Comer See wenn das Restaurant offen hat, unbedingt essen.... Sehr leckeres Abendessen Leider nur am Wochenende.

Merita se si desidera accedere alla spa
Pros:

Ho soggiornato per una notte in questo agriturismo. La posizione è davvero incantevole, la struttura molto bella e sicuramente un posto che merita di essere visitato per cercare pace e relax.

Cons:

Tuttavia ci sono degli aspetti non proprio all'altezza. Cominciamo con la strada per raggiungere il posto, molto stretta e inadeguata al passaggio di 2 auto contemporaneamente. Si arriva in struttura e si trovano dei parcheggi ma il parcheggio è "selvaggio" nel senso che non c'è un posto assegnato ad ogni camera ma ognuno parcheggia dove trova ( se trova). La spa è davvero piccolina. Non c'è un bar per poter ristorarsi ( scordatevi l'aperitivo) ed anche il ristorante non è aperto tutti i giorni. Io infatti ho soggiornato domenica sera e, cosa a mio avviso assurda, la sera della domenica il ristorante è chiuso. Morale, sono dovuto andare a Colico a mangiare, dovendo guidare in strade non illuminate di notte. Il letto non era comodissimo ed era rumoroso. La stanza molto calda ed il condizionatore, anche se acceso ed impostato a 16 gradi, non era in grado di rinfrescare la stanza. Il checkout va fatto entro le 10 e sinceramente mi trovo d'accordo con altre recensioni sul fatto che sia un po' troppo presto. Diciamo che la cifra che si paga è giustificata dall'accesso alla spa per 2 ore, compreso nel prezzo previa prenotazione. Se non ci fosse la spa, 180 euro a notte sarebbero davvero eccessive se si mettono sulla bilancia i pro e i contro.

Schöne Unterkunft im Grünen mit grossen Zimmern
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig und im Grünen gelegen mit einer schönen Gartenanlage. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist grundsätzlich ok, allerdings teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und hatte eine schöne Terrasse. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Den Pool kann man nur nach Reservierung benutzen. Das Frühstück könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein bei dem relativ teuren Übernachtungspreis.
