Pros:

Ottimo ristorante con personale gentilissimo. Piacevolissima la spa; splendido il contesto. Da non perdere la galleria d'arte.

Cons:

Data la possibilità di accesso alla spa anche da parte del personale esterno sarebbe utile la presenza di un membro dello staff che sorvegli ospiti non sempre estremamente rispettosi della quiete altrui. In caso di cambio di camera per disservizi è preferibile avvisare prima dell'arrivo in struttura.

Ładne miejsce lecz parę rzeczy do poprawy.

Miejsce ładne, piękne otoczenie natury.
Spa też przyjemne. Pani na recepcji bardzo miła i pomocna.

Cons:

Niska temperatura w apartamencie, dopiero po zapytaniu dostaliśmy informację jak włączyć.
Bardzo słabe ciśnienie wody, ruszające się deski w toalecie.
Pan kelner w restauracji nieuprzejmy, ryba źle oczyszczona.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
Pros:

The room was great and they made it nice for us as we were there for our honeymoon. Breakfast is great and was definitely a highlight. The wellness spa which you can use everyday was also very enjoyable.

Cons:

A slight downside might be that the jacuzzi was cold. Also if you are looking for somewhere to eat dinner, the on-site restaurant is a little on the pricier side.

Mooie locatie om tot rust te komen.
Pros:

Mooie en rustige locatie. Ziet er allemaal netjes uit en een uitstekend ontbijt. Wij hadden een kamer/appartement op de begane grond. Lekker zwembad en sauna faciliteiten (in een gebouw). Was wel erg warm binnen.

Cons:

Smalle asfaltweg met gaten van ongeveer een kilometer vanaf de hoofdweg om de accommodatie te bereiken. Tweepersoonsbed van 1.60 bij 2.00 meter is te klein en matras viel tegen.
Op de meeste dagen is het restaurant niet open voor warm eten of een lunch.
Een zwembad buiten was mooi geweest.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war schön hergerichtet und sehr vielfältig.
Die Lage ist sehr schön, da es ganz ruhig liegt (oder eher ruhig liegen würde, wenn die Hunde der Hundepension in der Nähe nicht ständig bellen würden). Der Garten ist parkähnlich und wirklich sehr schön. Es gibt wunderschöne Bäume, Schaukelstühle, eine Tischtennisplatte, viel Platz.
Das Zimmer ist schön, das Bad ebenso, allerdings hat es keine Sitzgelegenheit (ausser einem Stuhl). Ein kleines Sofa wäre schön gewesen.

Cons:

Das Restaurant hat am Sonntagabend nicht geöffnet. Die Preise sind sehr hoch. Man hat den Eindruck, die Lage abseits - ohne Konkurrenz - wird leider ausgenutzt. Die Musik im Restaurant war sehr laut, was sehr schade war.
Es gab keinen Zimmerservice.
Die Benützung des Schwimmbades muss man vorreservieren und kann sich dann für 2 h aufhalten.

What a wonderful way to truly relax and remember what's truly important.
Pros:

We stayed 15 nights with our dog and loved Cascina Borgofrancone, her owner, staff and the surrounding area.
The owner and staff are lovely, friendly and very helpful from small to major, the buffet breakfast is delicious, fresh and varied everyday, there is a Finnish and 2 dry saunas, the swimming pool is small but big enough for easy going relaxation, the rooms are clean, stylish and have wonderful views.

The surrounding is magnificent, the mountain views, the old farm houses, with the freezing river Adda, the fresh lake and many walks to Colico, the waterfalls or neighbouring towns. The people from this part of Italy are so open and good! We all loved our stay!

Séjour très relaxant
Pros:

Le lieu est très beau, au milieu de la nature. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour : chambre simple mais confortable, restaurant servant un bon petit-déjeuner et dîner, personnel souriant, spa agréable, juste un peu petit considérant le nombre de chambres. Les alentours permettent de faire de magnifiques balades.

Esperienza da dimenticare

abbiamo soggiornato due notti e prenotato la spa in anticipo dalle 18 alle 20.

Il primo giorno al nostro arrivo ci è stato comunicato che la spa era riservata ad uso esclusivo dalle 19 per un cliente storico (ci sono clienti di serie A e clienti di serie B?) inoltre al nostro arrivo sia la spa che lo spogliatoio erano strapieni quindi non siamo riusciti ad usufruirne con l'obiettivo di relax.

Il secondo giorno si può dire che la spa era sostanzialmente ostaggio di una famiglia con due bambini che come in un parco giochi continuavano a tuffarsi e a fare schiamazzi. Addio relax!!

Comfort Letto: letto con cigolio che neanche il più vecchio divano della nonna, per una struttura che comunque non è certo economica! Comunque abbiamo chiesto se si potesse sistemare e ci hanno proposto un cambio camera nella Junior Suite, ok cigolava meno, ma sinceramente un letto comodo è altra cosa.

Colazione: chiediamo cos'hanno "senza glutine" e la signora addetta risponde: "si, questo plumcake è vegano!" -.-''
uno ci prova a fidarsi, ma loro ce la mettono tutta!
cmq poi ci hanno portato una crostata di farina di castagne, teoricamente senza glutine, ma, date le premesse, vai a sapere.

Ci tengo a dire che la location di per sé non sarebbe neanche male, ma la gestione è totalmente assente o comunque del tutto inadeguata.
