Affordable, luxurious, adventurous, and comfortable all at the same time. The #1 spot for adults and children.
Pros:

The beds were quite comfortable with a generous amount of pillows to choose from. It included a fridge, kettle, coffee and tea, and dishes for use. Bedside lamps were useful for winding down. A TV was much appreciated when bored. The bathroom was very spacious, with a relaxing shower, and an array of towels to use. And the balcony view was amazing. All the staff we interacted with were extremely helpful and friendly. The outdoor pool with waterslides was very aesthetically pleasing and fun to use. The fitness room also had everything an avid gym goer would want. Tennis and pickleball courts at the front of the property were also very popular and fun to use. Overall, the general aesthetic of Mantra Sun City was fun, and really made you feel like you were at a resort on a tropical island.

Cons:

The only appliance I would add is a microwave, as cooking facilities were not available in the room we stayed in. A microwave would’ve lessened the amount of times we ate out at restaurants, and allowed us to save a bit of money with some frozen foods.

There is nothing much to fault. It's like being in another country or a place only see on the movies, the view spectacular when the morning sun rise, I'm glad I didn't sleep in or I would have missed it. And the apartment room I booked for myself only meant I was happy, thank you, and breakfast was the best, and inclusive with the price, still the best,

Cons:

Nothing to fault, could the beach be closer, yes and no, I woke up early expecting everything was 24 hours, but I was wrong no fault of the place I was staying. I would have loved to have a swim, next time.

Hotel in poor condition, wall yellow color, doors scratched, old furniture old carpet. Bed smells in the corridor. In 5 days my stay hasn't been clean.I wouldn't recommend staying at the hotel as it looks like nobody cares what is happening in the hotel.
So good location so bad condition.

Loved the location, beautiful pool and comfy bed and room. The staff were friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was great. We also loved how the room had a balcony with a nice view as well as extras, such as cutlery, plates and bowls. Also liked having secure and reserved parking and the pool bar and cafe was great too. Very delicious pizzas and cocktails.. We'll definitely come back.

Cons:

Our room smelt a bit stuffy and mouldy when we first arrived but otherwise all good.

Level 31 was okay
Pros:

The pool facilities were fantastic. Different pool sizes and temperatures was great. Enjoying a steam and dry sauna. Really close to the beach and tram. We were on level 31 so the 3 bedroom apartment was really spacious.

Cons:

The rooms were quite dated and showing lots of signs of wear. It really needs some attention. Patch work showing half finished plastered walls. Most doors had handles changed but obviously not properly completed. Our bathroom ensuite door had been water damaged and expanded to the point it couldn't close. We didn't have enough kitchen utilities such as sharp knives.. oven tongs. The appliances need updating.. fridge is noisy and cook top is end of life. Over all it needs quality maintenance as customers expect hotel not backpacker standards. Fix all the cracks and hang some better art work. Get a fresh coat of paint up and the whole area will transform.
