Eric de beheerder van de appartementen was zeer behulpzaam. Een lift naar de supermarkt of restaurant niets was te veel gevraagd

We loved the unique location; watching the planes was a cool experience and the noise didn't bother us one bit. The apartment was clean with a great Caribbean vibe, and we really appreciated being within walking distance of the beach bars and our friendly host.
There isn't anything to complain about, though there were a few mosquitoes in the evening (which is the case at every place), so bring some bug spray.

Très agréable séjour et je conserve un excellent souvenir. Les studios sont situés à 700 mètres de la plage de MAHO survolée à très basse altitude par les avions. Lieu idéal pour les spotters. les propriétaires Eric et Edgar sont très sympas
et très dévoués. Merci encore à eux. La terrasse avec vue sur la piste d'envol est un plus. Les nuits sont calmes ; pas de écollage ou atterrissage entre 20 h et 7h. Les prises de courant sont de type USA. Se munir d'un adaptateur . J'espère revenir.
Very pleasant stay and I keep a precious memory. The studios are located half a mile from MAHO BEACH overflown at very low altitude by the planes. Ideal place for spotters. The owners Eric and Edgar are very friendly and very dedicated. Thanks again to them.. The terrace overlooking the runway is a plus. The nights are calm : no take off or landing between 8 pm and 7 am . Take an electrical adapter (power socket USA). I hope to come back.

We arrived late but Eric drove me to the local supermarket, which was a massive help.
Excellent location for aviation photographers, enthusiasts and spotters. The aprtmnt was clean and had efficien a/c and the kitchen had what was required.
The terraces are very good for eating and taking photos, sometimes at the same moment ! Closest food shop 10 mins away in Maho, but 2 mins walk away is Dinghys Beach Bar and Grill, bonus, with another elevated platform.
The area is quiet and felt safe and we didn't want to leave.
You have to walk into Maho to catch the local bus ($2 to Phillipsburg), but you do pass the runway end.
Great location for aircraft spotters. Also close to shops / restaurants / beaches. The apartments also allow for self-catering which was very useful for me.

Great position with perfectly located deck and viewing terrace overlooking the SXM runway at the spool-up/touchdown position. Simple, older style apartments have all you need including a/c and reliable wifi. Short walking distance to both Maho Beach and Simpson’s Bay, so lively buzz or beautiful tranquility are both on your doorstep. Very user-friendly. Parking available on site.
