Great stay!
Pros:

Located next to the beach and pool, it was perfect!

Cons:

The room closest to the beach had no ac, the shower would not warm up enough, and the blinds were broken.

Not what I expected!
Pros:

We liked the pool, that's all the good I can say.

Cons:

It smells really bad, even inside the room. You can't sleep because of the humidity, and one of my daughters stayed outside for 30 minutes because the lock on the door to the balcony is broken and very difficult to open. Be careful with that.

Pros:

The property was in terrible shape

Cons:

Towel holders all roped off walls in one of the main bathroom, dirty walls, water damage in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The garbage disposal was completely broken.
Advertised sleeps 12, we had 6 and it was tight!! Our 7th guest didn’t show until we moved resorts 2 days into a week long trip. The onsite restaurant was more expensive than the US. Drinks were overpriced for a Mexican vacation and there wasn’t an onsite convenience store as advertised. I have stayed at many places in Mexico and this is hands down the worst experience. None of the screens were on the sliding door or windows! The walls are paper thin

The food was delicious, I loved the location it was relaxing and private.
