Abbiamo prenotato verso agosto per capodanno e già dopo alcuni mesi dalla prenotazione siamo stati contattati per le diverse nostre esigenze e oltre ad essere super cordiali e disponibili ci hanno risposto sempre in tempi celeri. Qualche giorno prima del soggiorno siamo stati contattati dalla signora Paola dolcissima e professionale dove ci ha chiesto di nuovo tutte le nostre esigenze e le ha “esaudite” nel migliore dei modi,il giorno dell’arrivo siamo stati accolti da lei in persona ed è stata molto molto gentile e carina nei nostri confronti. La struttura già dalle foto e dalla presentazione su Booking era già bellissima ma arrivati lì ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa. Noi eravamo 4 adulti 1 bimba e 1 cane ed il nostro appertamento era spazioso comodo e super pulito,colazione buonissima e staff super gentile. E poi la cosa più bella che sono pet friendly❤️ sicuramente ci torneremo per le vacanze estive per poter usare la piscina😍 . La struttura si trova a pochi minuti dal centro di Grosseto che consiglio di visitare perché il centro storico è veramente carino e poi in periodi di festa con le luci e l’atmosfera natalizia é molto accogliente.

Es war ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Kleine Anmerkung: Die besten und teuersten Zimmer haben einen Blick nach hinten oder zur Seite, was aber nicht schlimm ist.

Pretty everything, starting with villa itself which is beautiful, with a nice view from the pool, the staff, the cleaning in the rooms till the food in the restaurant. I really recommend the location!

Cons:

The breakfast was good and sufficient, but it would be nice to have more variety from day to day, especially for longer stays.

Wunderbarer.Pool in herrlicher Landschaft, extrem hilfsbereite Empfangschefin
Pros:

Die Anlage ist ein Traum: Weitläufig, Infinity Pool mit weitem Blick über die Hügel der Maremma, großes Apartment mit zwei Terrassen. Das allerbeste aber war Paula von der Rezeption. So eine unglaublich hilfsbereite Empfangschefin habe ich noch nirgendwo erlebt. Zuerst kaufte sie einen Toaster für unser Apartment, weil wir den vermissten. Und am Ende schickte sie uns vergessene Gegenstände per Post nach Deutschland. Toll!

Nichts. Alles war gut.
