Pros:

The staff member Ruth is very friendly 😍

Cons:

The facility is not serviced at all from outside the grass is not cutted , stove 1 switch isn't working and wifi connection was very poor .

Pros:

The room we got this time was super comfortable. My partner and kids were accommodated and Ruth is always available to help. She really makes our stay feel like home, keep it up Ma'am.

The area is quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. The staff is so consistent in providing the best service.

Cons:

This is our 2nd visit with my partner, but we didn't like how the venue was infested with roaches this time. The owner has to get pest control over there. It's really disturbing.

Pros:

Very clean, comfortable and the price is worth it. I loved the place since well it's my first time at the hide on clearemont. Oh and again thank you so much to the reception lady. She is so friendly and very welcomingly.

Cons:

The rooms are small, you have to call now and again to get water from the shower., there are cockroaches in the room and the area is noisy
You book for deluxe room you are given a small room

The walls were dirty, no electricity from early hours of the morning, spiders crawling everywhere .

With a few quick, small and cheap improvements, that will have everything in top top shape.

No shelves in the bathroom, no towel racks or hooks, No toilet paper holder, mould in the bathroom, cockroaches in the kitchen. I regular fan will makes hot summer nights a bit easier, the security gate that serves both room 1 and the office is locked at night. Room 1 is not given a key for that gate. Should there be any kind of emergency, the occupants of room 1 has no means of escape - they are effectively held hostage. That is actually 100% illegal by law.
