Pros:

Ubicación excelente. Vista panorámica desde la piscina , Muy buena.
Monoambiente con un buen espacio y comodo
Cuenta con servicio de limpieza, el cual nadie nos informo

Cons:

La cama muy estrecha, para personas de contextura física mayor como nosotros nos resultó muy incómoda, de 1,30 .
No hay una pava eléctrica
La heladera tenía tanto hielo el congelador, que no cerraba

Enjoyable good location in comfortable place, but could do with small improvements.
Pros:

Right near the beach. Good light.

Cons:

Air conditioner unit blocks the view. Could be moved a few metres and not be in the way. One bowl which was old, plastic and dirty. No slips for spare pillows.

It is a fine location for an overnight stay.
Pros:

Great location in Barra. Convenient for one night stay.

Cons:

Building is very tired and run down. The two lifts in the lobby were not working. It feels old everywhere including in the flat. While it was clean, everything looks past its sale date. And I was surprised how much noise came from the street at night.
