Pros:

Great location. JingAn is a premium suburb, lovely shopping centres nearby. There is a good supermarket in the basement of apartment complex making self catering easy. You are within 5 mins walk of 2 metro stations.

Cons:

No bad feedback, it was a great experience.

我为这次入住付了二次住宿费，第一次在3/19/26 入住当天，用美元付款，总计费用为人民币16668.67, 因为我按了用美元支付折合美元为美元$2526.84，（前台没介䆁用美元和用人民币支付的区别）后来（在3/21/2026）我发现，商城应用的美元折合人民币的汇率祘下来很低是1:6.597， 而市面上和银行当天的买入价为1:6.88， 两者相差太大，且另外加4.5% 的手续费用。因此我要求退回用美元支付的方法改用人民币支付，同前台讨论后改用人民币支付，果然用人民币支付后折祘成美元后为$2418.89，两者相差$107.95. 我第二次支付完成后前台答应会退回我第一次付款的金额（$2526.84）， 但事情已经过去一个多星期，我从银行信息得知商城公寓仍末归回这笔钱. 希望商城公寓财务部门及早退回这笔款且在末收到这笔钱之前我只能给差评，附照片左图为第二次用人民币付费的收据：右图为第一次用美元支付的收据。

숙소 모든 시설 깨끗하고 청소도 깔끔하게 잘 되어 있어서 좋았고, 베이커리 쪽과 베트남포 쪽의 조식권을 줘서 잘 이용했고 음식은 정결하고 깔끔해서 먹기에 부담도 없고 세계 모든 이들도 다 입에 맛을 것 같았으며 우리도 맛있게 먹었습니다

성인 5명이 머무는데 수건등을 맞춰주지 않아 다시 요구해야 했던 것, 외풍이 좀 있어서 어쩔 수 없이 실내온도를 높일 수 밖에 없었는데 바닥은 차갑고 윗공기만 더운상태라 실내 습도가 많이 낮아 건조했습니다

Fantastic location. Well furnished serviced apartment with great facilities for kids (outdoor playground, indoor playroom, etc) and adults (sport courts, study rooms, reading room, outdoor terrace + access to hotel gym & pool etc). Will definitely be coming back

Excellent location & Suitable for family
Pros:

The location is excellent. It is located in Shanghai's earliest one-stop commercial center - Shanghai Mall. There are shops, salons, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. When it is inconvenient to go out on rainy days, you can also enjoy all the services inside the mall.

This place is suitable for family travel. The better thing than Portman is that the room has a kitchen. It is very useful if you have a small baby. Elder kids could play in the sky garden or the outdoor playground.

Cons:

During my stay, there were facilities under construction on the adjacent plot, which was sometimes too noisy in the morning.
