Buena ubicacion y gran descanso
Pros:

Anfitrion y personal amables y disponibles para solucionar inconvenientes. La ubicacion y la comidad de las camas lo mejor. Tuvimos vista al parque y al cerro maravillosas.

Cons:

Solo detalles: pocos implementos de cocina, y nos toco vivir un percance (filtracion del baño) pero q el anfitrion y personal rapidamente acudieron a solucionar, incluso nos cambiaron de habitacion para no solucionarlo sin incomodar, lo malo fue que ahi quedamos mirando un edificio... perdimos la vista..

La ubicación y la atención del personal; llegamos antes y nos recibieron los bolsos hasta el horario de ingreso. El departamento cumple las expectativas (aunque entiendo que es mas bien un departamento que apart hotel)

A algunas instalaciones les falta mantenimiento, como muebles de la cocina y ventanas al exterior.

Cons:

El dueño del apartamento me hizo esperarlo por tres horas en el edificio para venir a cobrarme. Nunca apareció. Desperdicie mi único día en Santiago esperando por el. Había decidido pagar un buen lugar para estar tranquila y disfrutar y fue 100% negativo. Cuando fui a acostarme las sábanas estaban llenas de pelos ajenos, me cambiaron a otra habitación a mitad de la noche mucho más inferior. El dueño prometió devolverme el dinero y cuando fui a recogerlo me dijo que no me daría nada.

Volvería sin dudarlo
Pros:

Ubicación a una cuadra del metro Los Leones. Me alojé en el 312 sin ruido exterior. Muy amables todos los conserjes. Pude dejar en custodia el equipaje luego del check out.
