One of my favorite stays
Pros:

Great location! Public beach, lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The rooms were better than the photos for sure. They also provided a shuttle to some of the other beaches and provided chairs and umbrellas. We had a perfect day at Governor's beach, clear water, perfect temps and gorgeous beach. We loved the pool and the hot tub and, because several of our days were cloudy/raining and a bit chilly, we used the hot tub a lot! Would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Nice clean rooms and friendly staff, I thought the pricing was pretty good. They also had a shuttle that ran to different places through out the week, such as the beach, grocery store.

Cons:

The section where this is lacks beachfront due to storms and such from the past washing away sand, however, there was still plenty of sand to enjoy

Pros:

Great location, AirBNB-style accommodations without the hassle that process. Loved it - will be back!

Good location, noisy construction
Pros:

Walking distance to restaurants, public beaches. Pool is large and nice waterfalls. Some shuttle services offered to beaches, had some social events planned as well but no one signed up - quiet resort. Tennis courts were extra - pay to turn on the lights at night. They offer chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. Well-equipped kitchen and walking distance to camana bay

Cons:

They were jackhammering and drilling around the pool area all hours of the day. Made sitting by the pool completely un-enjoyable. Also some residents had barking dogs. Bed was very uncomfortable - depressions on either side from too much use/too old?

Excellent. Will stay here again hopefully sooner than later
Pros:

This facility is excellent, more than we expected. The staff are amazing, clean, lovely grounds wonderful pool. We could not have asked for more. The kitchen was very well equipped. The washer and dryer were wonderful to have. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble

Nice location not very clean and not worth the Vat.
Pros:

Location was nice and the pool area was good.

Cons:

The Vat tax for the cleaners. The place was dirty. The dust on the lights in the main room, floor was dirty. The hair in the tub. The controller didn’t work the tv. Volume didn’t work. And the hot water in the one bathroom wasn’t hot. They only came to the room to clean it once and we want the Vat tax credited back. The vat is for exceptional service. This was not exceptional.
