Apartament i cały obiekt czysty; personel wyrzucał śmieci, zmieniał ręczniki i uzupełniał papier toaletowy; w apartamencie były 2 łazienki (każda z osobnym WC i prysznicem) co było bardzo wygodne przy czterech osobach; do gondoli/wyciągu narciarskiego dowoził codziennie bus spod samych drzwi pensjonatu, a popołudniu odwoził do hotelu (zamieszczam zdjęcie z rozkładem jazdy busa); jest osobne pomieszczenie na sprzęt narciarski; bardzo sympatyczny pan w recepcji; sklep spożywczy Spar 3 minuty na piechotę od obiektu, sklep bardzo dobrze wyposażony.

Cons:

Łóżko w sypialni było za twarde; brak dużych kubków na herbatę; trochę ciemne światło w pokojach; mało miejsca w pokoju u dzieci gdzie stało łóżko piętrowe.

Pros:

La struttura e il soggiorno sono stati fantastici.
Eccellente rapporto qualità - prezzo, le camere hanno dimensioni ottime, lo spazio cucina é molto comodo e completo di tutto il necessario.
La zona termale é completa di sauna e bagno turco con una splendida vista sulle Dolomiti.
Inoltre il residence rende disponibile un servizio navetta per raggiungere l’ovovia molto efficiente.

Pros:

Property is clean and very close to the slopes/gondola Piz Sorega. You van walk, but there is also a ski bus every 30 min from the hotel to the gondola.

A szallas elhelyezkedese tokeletes: csak 300 meterre a kozponttol, megis csendes.

Az erkelyrol igazan pazar a panorama. 🏔️🌲😍

Tetszett, hogy annak ellenere, hogy nem volt konyha, volt a szobaban vizforralo, huto, mikro es ket tiszta konyharuha is. Igy tudtunk kesziteni (instant kavebol) tejes kavet, amit megihattunk a panoramas erkelyen.

Utolso este, kicsekkolaskor kaptunk egy habzo bort ajandekba - ez igazan kedves gesztus volt, jolesett.

A szallastol felfele indulva az aszfalton, 700 meterre van egy tejtermek automata, ami a helyi termelo nagyon finom termekeit (joghurt, sajt, puding, tojas) forgalmazza (csak keszpenzt fogad el).

Cons:

Borzasztoan kemeny az agy. Szerencsere kempingezesbol erkeztunk ide, ezert az onfelfujos matraccal kiegeszitve mar rendben tudtunk aludni, anelkul eleg spartai lett volna.

A szemelyzet kedves volt, de nem siettek elhalmozni minket informacioval (talan a tokeletlen nyelvtudas miatt), de ha kerdesunk volt, igyekeztek mindenre valaszolni. We spent 4 nights in this hotel and enjoyed it. Warm, clean, great view, friendly staff.
Pros:

Friendly staff, kitchen was very well equipped, washing machine is a very nice thing to have if you go hiking every day :)

Cons:

Everything was great, hotel is very comfortable. One thing to note about the San Cassiano itself - the closest big supermarket is in La Villa

Good stay but beds could be better
Pros:

Very nice studios with everything you need. Good bathroom and shower. Walking distance from everything in the small village and some hikes. Location was great to explore other regions as well.
