Vermieter am Abreisetag jede Grenze überschritten hat. Obwohl der Check-out offiziell bis 11:00 Uhr vereinbart war, drang der Vermieter bereits um 10:45 Uhr aggressiv in unsere Privatsphäre ein, nahm uns eigenmächtig die Schlüssel ab und warf uns vorzeitig raus.
Die Krönung war jedoch, dass er uns lautstark des Diebstahls von Handtüchern und Kissenbezügen bezichtigte. Wir hatten lediglich die Betten abgezogen, um bei der Reinigung behilflich zu sein – ein völlig normales Verhalten, das uns hier als Straftat ausgelegt wurde. Dass man am letzten Urlaubstag grundlos beleidigt und wie ein Krimineller behandelt wird, ist eine absolute Unverschämtheit.
Wer Wert auf Privatsphäre, Gastfreundschaft und einen stressfreien Urlaub legt, sollte diese Unterkunft unbedingt meiden. Ein solches Verhalten gegenüber zahlenden Gästen ist inakzeptabel.

Optimales Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Zentrumsnähe
Pros:

Das Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, Kühlschrank und Fernseher war gemütlich und sauber.
Die etwas komplizierten Umstände meiner beiden Reisen trafen auf unkomplizierte und freundliche Abwicklung. Ich konnte vorzeitig einchecken und meinen Aufenthalt kurzfristig verlängern. Bei der Folgebuchung wurde sogar mein Zimmerwunsch berücksichtigt.

Cons:

Bei der zweiten Ankunft schienen Handtücher und Tassen nicht ausgewechselt worden zu sein.
