Great location but wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

Food was average, they didn’t always clean room, never changed the bath mat and never left towels we had to walk down 2 flights of stairs to get our clean towels and there was a horrible sewage smell in the bathroom.

Pros:

The location was very convenient, close to the beach and everything in town. You can easily walk from the accomodation. The staff were really nice and helpful. The rooms are pretty simple, beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately I did see a few cocroaches after a few days of being there, but once I told the staff, they took care of it and I didnt see any anymore.

Good for the price and location
Pros:

The hotel's closeness to the beach and also not being far from the main stretch was great as we were able to visit shops and go to restaurants easily. The beds were comfortable and pillows were good. The breakfast was good but limited to your choice of eggs, toast and fruit with a coffee or drink, but it was decent.

Cons:

The rooms could have used a mirror as the middle floor rooms didn't have them. The bathrooms need a brighter light for sure as they were very dim.

Bonne et bel accommodation dans le coeur de Jungubatu.
Pros:

Bel emplacement, belle chambre, ils se sont bien occupé de mon confort. J’y ai aussi loué un scooter pour une journée. Je suis très satisfait.

Simple relaxing stay
Pros:

Simple, short walk to beach, good pool, good value, the staff was very helpful, gave us extra towels and help unblock the bathroom when it was overflowing, good aircon

Cons:

No lounges around the pool, the chair outside the door were high chairs 🪑 ( not so comfortable), there were a few dead cockroaches 🪳 ( and one live one), the water splattered over the whole bathroom ( normal for Bali), check out time was strict

We enjoyed our stay at The Pulau
Pros:

The location is superb, which we can reach lots of warung, restaurants and shops on foot. Our room and bathroom are quite spacious too. Staffs are friendly.

Cons:

Bathroom’s hot water can be a bit unstable during the night, but overall it’s fine.

Pros:

Close to beach

Cons:

When we arrived we were given a room without windows, even though the reservation said with a terrace and a view of the garden or pool. If the door with a view of the wall from the hallway counts, then that is not correct. The room was changed after asking twice. The rooms are dirty, the taps are limescaled, there is dust in the corners. When I asked if there was a possibility to check out 30 minutes later - I was told there would be an additional charge for it, even though the hotel is half empty

Good location, was able to check in earlier and chap.
Passable for people coming to the island for one night or two and just want to come sleep and not spend any time in the room.

Cons:

Bathroom is awful. If you go to lowest ratings and see the pictures cause I didn’t take any. On top of that the flush in the toilet didn’t work. Honestly I’m not sure if the bedsheets were changed after last guest, as there were hair in bed and sand(?) and every movement caused loud creeks. And even tho we had breakfast included, after seeing the kitchen, honestly I wouldn’t even drink a tee made there.

Great value for location.
Pros:

Breakfast was simple but nice- 2 eggs lightly toasted bread, juice, watermelon.
Staff friendly and helpful- shower drain was blocked and flooded the bathroom. They fixed it and cleaned the floor for us.

Cons:

Shower was open and in middle of bathroom so floor was left wet and slippery. Would be an issue for elderly/ less able people.
