Please, I’m begging you! Give your money elsewhere!!!!!!! This place is a HUGE SCAM!
Here’s my story.
Check in time is 2:00pm, I have arrived around 6pm due to flight schedule, when I got in at the reception, I stood there for an hour! They couldn’t find the host! They got 4 hours! 4 hours to get my room ready and inform the reception, even the reception is not well informed, she even said that its not her job to help the guess settle! What a scary business scheme! A nightmare!
It does not end there!
When I got inside the room, the room was filthy! FILTHY!!!!! The smell from the bathroom pipes are coming out are disgusting as hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A total scam!

The window was dirty, the floor was dirty, they where empty and used shampoo in the bathroom
Great location in the heart of Cebu City
Bed was of low quality and not comfortable in sleeping. The air conditioner was very noisy that I could not sleep well at all. The drainage in the shower floor was clogged and the water started to rise from the drainage floor. Most of all, I saw small cockroaches in the kitchen as well as one small dead cockroach on the kitchen counter. WiFi was very slow. The check-in process was also delayed when I arrived. I tried calling and sending messages to the owner but the response was slow. Overall, I didn’t like the place that I want to stay there again though its location was very close to major establishments in the Fuente area.
