Pros:

Schöne, saubere Suite, zentrumsnah mit kleiner Küche. Wenn ich wieder in Osnabrück bin, werde ich hier wieder eine Suite buchen.
Buchung, Bezahlung und Zagang zum Haus und Suite ohne Probleme und unkompliziert.

Cons:

Ich war von der Parksituation etwas überrascht, in der Innenstadt nur Anwohnerparken oder mit Parkschein. Ich habe im Vorfeld keinen Parkplatz reserviert.

Das Zimmer an sich war ok.

Cons:

Sauberkeit war so naja. Wenn man etwas "genauer" hinschaut, sieht man das einige Dinge die beste Zeit hinter sich haben. Wir hatten eine große Versorgungsklappe im Zimmer und somit sie ganze Nacht kontinuierlich ein helles piepen und konnten kaum schlafen

Sehr schöne, großzügige und moderne Wohnung
Pros:

Die Wohnung war schön groß, modern eingerichtet, Bad sehr gut (warmes Wasser, viel Platz, guter Druck ... was will man mehr?). Als ich ankam hat eine Glas-Karaffe mit stillem Wasser im Kühlschrank auf mich gewartet. Die war leider geplatzt bzw der Boden war gesprungen; entsprechend gab es eine Wasserlache direkt vor dem Kühlschrank. Außerdem war eine hölzerne Schrankschublade schwer zu öffnen und ich hatte Angst, dass diese bricht, wenn ich zu stark ziehe. Das habe ich telefonisch gemeldet und schon am nächsten Tag wurde das alles behoben. Fand ich klasse!

Cons:

Die Lage hat keinen guten Ruf (hat man mir gesagt), in der Nebenstraße gibt es viele Läden, die eher den arabischen Bedürfnissen entsprechen (wen das vielleicht stört). Ich selbst fand es nicht schlimm, aber ich habe mich auch nur zum Schlafen dort aufgehalten, bzw. mir selber was gekocht. Das mit dem Einchecken fand ich anfangs nicht so einfach. Bis ich gemerkt habe, dass es super-einfach ist, nur ich es nicht geschnallt habe. Der Parkplatz hat nochmal ne Stange extra gekostet. Ob das nötig war, keine Ahnung, denn die Parkplätze vorm Haus waren regelmäßig frei als ich morgens wegfuhr und abends zurückkam. Vielleicht auch ne Sicherheitsfrage!?
