Pros:

Close to Asilo dela Milagrosa where attended my novena golden peak friendly staff,,polite and helpful

Cons:

Room aircondition old with packaging tape around..so unhealthy. Bed sheets looks awful and old.

The condo needs to be upgraded as it is obviously an older unit; air-conditioning is barely sufficient for the hot weather in Cebu

Worth the price
Pros:

I like the view up from my room especially during at night, the bed were so comfy. Its clean and its nice that they provide a broom and most especially the bathroom, the shower area has its own divider so you won't get the toilet wet.

Cons:

You can hear the outside noise most especially the cars/motorbikes.

MAKE RENOVATION TO YOUR ROOM. its a good place.

Corridor is not well maintained.
The room is not well maintained.
The room is really nice if its well maintained and have a touch of care.

- Shower is not working (Bucket provided)
- AC is cold but the installation is very bad
- Lamps are not working
- Unnecessary items kept in the room
- Bath towels have blood stains

I will not go there again.
Cons:

Check in very bad.
Had to load Viber in order to communicate. I am travelling a lot. Never had that kind of request.
No hot water.
Furniture very poor.
