Nice space, need to walk around 6- 10 mins from the station depending on the route you take. There is a convinent store,

Good value, stylish corridor, good equipped apartment

Cons:

Communication can be a bit more responsive but it was alright. Staircase only so it is not too good if you have many big luggage

Amazing place for your stay in Osaka!
Pros:

Clean, spacious room, very comfortable, good location and the owner is amazing and very friendly!!!! I would 100% stay there again we mainly stayed because it’s close to universal but it’s only 15/20 minutes from Dontonburi and other central location!

Cute decoration and close to Nishikujo station which is close to everything (Namba, Osaka station and USJ). The restaurants nearby are so great, even better and cheaper than famous ones in Osaka center

家族４人と愛犬で利用させていただきました。
清潔でオシャレな室内と至れり尽くせりの設備で大変快適に過ごす事ができました。

Quiet stay in an overwhelmingly stimulating city
Pros:

Space for my family of 5 and beds were comfy enough. Friendly first contact with staff and easy check in and check out. Quieter local area in crazy Osaka is nice.

Cons:

It costs more for trains back and forth, cause you're a bit farther from the activity.
