Pros:

Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable. Charlie was very helpful and efficient! Loved that we could take items from the fridge! And the Arran has one of my favourite soaps/shower gels in their bathrooms - Arran Aromatics!

Lovely weekend retreat
Pros:

It was a lovely modern guest house. Very clean. Well planned out. We stayed in the Mezzanine Suite and it was perfect for 3-4 people. The location was great, the staff were very accommodating and responded quickly to our messages.

It was modern, spotlessly clean and comfortable in a perfect location.Loved all the little complimentary items. Loved that Arran Aromatic products (Scottish products) were used in bathroom and Tunnocks products in the fridge.

Cons:

Just a little tight around the bottom of the bed. Bed was fab. Lighting in the fridge area would have been helpful and instructions on the coffee machine. My husband said bigger bath towels but thats just him! Not much to say really and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent room, nice bathroom, very clean and easy to get to all of Saint Andrews. Would stay there again!
Pros:

Great location, brand new facility and clean. We liked the little touches like treats and drinks.

Cons:

A bit noisy just as people come and go. They slammed doors so if you want to sleep in late, you might be disturbed slightly. Just felt like living in an apartment, would not prevent me from going back!

Best accommodation in St Andrews in my opinion.
Pros:

Location is fabulous. Stayed in the Mezzanine Suite which is so spacious, immaculately clean and very luxurious. Best place I’ve stayed at in St Andrews and I’ve stayed many times!
