Beautifully decorated and very clean. Central location.
The Arran was amazing me and my daughter stayed in the Mezzanine Suite and it was beautiful. Loads of space, very clean and lovely furnishings. Lovely touches in the fridge like chocolate, drinks, water and is only 2 mins from St.Andrews main high street defo going back

Zentrale Lage, sauber, großzügiges Zimmer, große Dusche! Abstellraum, für die Golfbags.
Etwas laut, da die Fenster keine dreifach Verglasung haben und die Nebenstraße doch recht hoch frequentiert ist! Spiegel im Bad hängt zu niedrig, nur ein Haken für die Handtücher.
Lokalizacja była dla mnie bardzo dogodna. Ale w tym miasteczku chyba wszystkie lokalizacje są wspaniałe. Jeżeli nie mieszka się poza miastem to mieszka się w bardzo dobrym miejscu. Polecam samotnym osobom.
Nie było takich rzeczy, które mi się nie podobały. Napisałbym bez oporów gdyby było coś takiego. Tymczasem lokal był bardzo odpowiedni. Wszystko było zadbane i dostosowane do mnie. Także godzina przyjścia do pokoju była dogodna, ustaliłem tę godzinę przez telefon, rozmawiając z obsługą. To było bardzo miłe.
Habitación limpia y muy bien ubicada
No tuvimos agua caliente desde nuestra llegada, a pesar de reclamar el incidente. La habitación, una suite, estaba ubicada a nivel de la calle, por lo que los ruidos de la calle fueron constantes. Además, la puerta de la habitación estaba en la entrada del hotel por lo escuchamos a inquilinos entrar y salir hasta altas horas. Por último, el servicio de limpieza comenzó a las 9 de la mañana a aspirar la zona del pasillo de nuestra puerta. La insonorización es mala, por lo que escuchamos todo.

It was close to the centre of St Andrews which was important as my mum cannot walk very far.
The accommodation was up 39 steps which was completely unexpected and we definitely would not have booked if we had realised this. My mum is nearly 80 and stairs are a real issue for her.
The room had no where to sit- there wasn't even a chair - which meant my parents found it very difficult to relax.
There were no staff after 5pm and my parents arrived after 6pm and had to ring someone to find how to get in.
Really the accommodation was very unsatisfactory for them.
Wonderful large room, bed very comfortable, well-appointed and lovely Scandinavian feel to the decor. Huge bathroom, entry hall and a Nespresso machine with plenty of coffee and tea. The fridge was filled with complimentary biscuits , water and a small bottle of fresh milk, which was a very thoughtful touch and so much nicer than the plastic milk tubs. Breakfast is not provided in the Arran but the manager sent an email in advance with local nearby suggestions - Thank you, Charly.
What was not clear on booking a suite was the configuration - I had booked a suite as it said two rooms (one for my husband and I and the other 'room' was to be for my adult daughter. On arrival, it transpired that the second bedroom was a mezzanine with a glass safety barrier directly above the bed. This was not what I expected and would have booked something else if that had been clear. It was beautifully appointed, wonderful bed linen, etc., but not suitable. The Manager kindly found an available room for my daughter after some discussion - she was delighted with her room and a bathtub! Our room was exceptional, there were plenty of wall radiators but the room was a bit cold - we did resort to the fan heater and small electric radiator to take the chill off the room. The bathroom was lovely and warm with a very effective heated towel rail -
