Very dirty. Personal not respect guests and their safety health.

Cons:

Very dirty and dusty😓 impossible to sleep in so dusty condition. They said they can’t clean simple tv dust and shelfs. Plus personal were not respectful. “It’s not 5 star resort, miss.” So if it’s not 5 star it allowed to be cockroaches at room and unheedingly dirty and not disinfected so you will get sick from past guests bacterias????!😬 It’s terrible.

Pros:

The hotel is clean! The little pho shop next street!

Cons:

The location is very bad!!! For a stay before going to the airport it's okay. But honestly not for more than a night it's a ghost town . Maybe the staff should talk about the little convenience store near the hotel I discovered it by myself the last night of my stay

Lovely comfortable hotel, nice surfing beach nearby

Cons:

There were very few facilities in the area, nearest shop 1 hour's walk away, no restaurants nearby. You really need your own transport to enjoy the area.

Stepford wives area in the making
Pros:

The area is under development so it looks a bit strange with the single townhouses here and there. You need a motorbike to get to the beach. The beach to the north has bars and restaurants built over the beach ( you can't sunbathe) and the southern beach 15 minutes away with bike) which is open to the public, is full of trash.

Cons:

First time being charged for too early check in in Vietnam. Huge language barrier with the manager despite google translate.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a quiet area with a nice pond nearby. The hotel itself is very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. You can park a motorbike inside the building for a night, Wifi is working, there is a mini fridge, kettle, tv and an AC. Coffee, instant noodles and water available on a desk. The bed is big and comfy. Check-in and check-out very smooth and quick.

We decided to not stay there because we didn’t like the area.
Pros:

The hotel was nice looking and well equipped but we decided not to stay there because the surrounding was not appealing. The staff seemed really nice and the room was clean and well decorated.

Cons:

The area is far off from everything. The beach was quite far and there are no restaurants at or really anything around. It is like a ghost town around but maybe it is because tourism hasn’t picked up there after Covid.

it was ok for a night and a day, but would not want to sdd to at any longer.
Pros:

spotlessly clean and close to the beach

Cons:

desolate area of hotel construction or delapidation.

hotel does not accept credit cards which I found out the hard way. nearest ATM machine is 11 km away.

staff do not speak english and are inexperienced, not very helpful.

Pros:

Great room and beds. Excellent price.
Peaceful area.

Cons:

Unfortunately Bai Dai beach was dirty with plastic on sand from young people partying overnight.
The area of the hotel is not well developed, so there are not a lot of options for buying even the basics.
Staff could not speak English.
