FUYEZ CET HÔTEL
Pros:

FUYEZ À TOUT PRIX CET HÔTEL !
J’avais réservé deux nuits pour mes parents de 75 ans. j’ai essayé de joindre l’hôtel à plusieurs reprises sans succès. J’ai fini par appeler le café voisin qui m’a donné le numéro du gérant. Ils n’ont pas précisé que les horaires de la navette bateau étaient très contraints pour arriver. Dès lors, j’ai indiqué que mes parents arriveraient pour leur seconde nuit : le gérant a annulé la réservation (sans me le dire) et mes parents l’ont appris en se présentant à l’hôtel lorsque la femme de ménage leur a dit que leur chambre avait été louée à quelqu’un d’autre…
Lorsque j’ai recontacté le gérant, il n’a pas répondu à mon appel et a menace d’appeler la police car je me montrais insistant !!
A l’heure actuelle j’ai été débité de la moitié du prix de la réservation soit 70€ pour un hôtel l’entrée a été refusée + l’aller retour en navette bateau pour rien.

Le gérant est odieux et malhonnête

Top für ein paar Tage in Tortuguero
Pros:

Das Holte liegt zentral in Tortuguero und auch mit Gepäck gut zu Fuß am Bootsanleger zu erreichen. Das Zimmer ist nicht besonders groß aber gut ausgestattet (Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher mit Tee & Kaffee). Das Hotel gehört mit dem Budda Cafe zusammen. Dort kann man sehr gut essen. Frühstück gibt es nicht aber in der Umgebung sind genügend kleine Restaurants. Das Hotel schickt eine Guide zum Anleger der die Gäste zum Hotel führt und den Check-In macht. Natürlich bietet dieser Guide auch diverse Touren an ;-)

Fijn verblijf in Tortuguero
Pros:

Wij hadden het appartement met 1 slaapkamer; de eerste trap op naar boven. Ruim, eigen keuken, leuke aankleding en welkome airco (zelfs 2, één in de woonkeuken en één in de slaapkamer. Het appartement was goed uitgerust en de douche was warm. We hebben 2 leuke tours gedaan vanuit Buddha, de avondtour en boottour. Het restaurant is ook leuk met heel vriendelijke obers.

Geweldig
Pros:

De locatie was geweldig. Het restaurant bij het verblijf was absoluut het leukste plekje.

Cons:

Helaas hadden wij geen warm water. Maar gezien het kleine (en mooie) gebied, is dit iets waar je gewoon rekening mee moet houden.

Cheap and cheerful stay in a great location.
Pros:

Great location near to La Pavona boat dock. Air con was very welcome.

Cons:

No safe, nowhere to hang any clothes, room was never cleaned in three days and we had to ask for clean towels.

Appartement met kleine kamer en slechte wifi, midden in het centrum!
Pros:

Wij kregen appartement “Barcelona” toegewezen, wat bereikbaar is via een lange trap. Lekker stevig bed. Fijne kussens. Badkamer met fijne regendouche. Gelukkig hadden we de koffers niet bij, want die zouden we niet kwijt kunnen. Koelkast en tv met Netflix aanwezig. Goed werkende airco. Afgesloten terrein. Beneden zit de Budda Bar, waar je gezellig aan het water wat kunt drinken en eten. Daar is de wifi wel goed. Aardige bediening en prima eten.

Cons:

Kleine kamer, smal bed, slechte wifi op de kamer, voordeur inbraakgevoelig en ondanks aangrenzend café, geen ontbijtopties.

Great place to stay and enjoy Tortuguero. Many good places to eat too.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Central to everything. Clean and spacious room. We were in the Africa room. Nice view of surroundings. Daniel checked us in and he is the best. Very friendly and he was also our guide on the excursions we did. He was extremely knowledgeable and showed us many different plants and birds, lizards, and we saw sloths also.
